Evaluation of the Equivalent Lumped Element Parameters of Modified Microstrip Ring Resonator Yi Lung Then1,a, Kok Yeow You1,b, Mohamad Ngasri Dimon1,c, Wei Ying Lai2,d 1Department of Communication Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Malaysia 2Department of Applied Mechanics and Design, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Malaysia aandythenyl@yahoo.com, bkyyou@fke.utm.my, cngasri@fke.utm.my, dal-weiying@hotmail.com Keywords: Lumped element circuits; Microstrip; Ring resonator; Reflection coefficient.
Introduction Microstrip Ring Resonator (MRR) has been developed as a sensory device for the characterization of the dielectric properties of materials [1]-[4].
It is significant to accurately measure permittivity, including effective dielectric constant and loss factor of respective samples.
The measurement was affected by several factors such as mechanical and electrical imperfections of the ring [9].
The electric charge when placed in an electromagnetic field experiences force which pushes the respective property to the outer part of the ring from inner ring.

They possess superior mechanical properties and toughness but prone to wear and corrosion hence, they exhibited tribological properties make them susceptible to unexpected failure.
However, TiC is considered as the most due its high specific strength, chemical stability, high oxidation resistance and good mechanical bonding to the steel matrix [5].
The melt track dimensions were ~ 970 µm in depth and 3.1 mm width with a heat affected zone (HAZ) of 1.91 mm.
Upon exposure to biodiesel the ester end of the biodiesel molecule is absorbed by the exposed surface forming an oxide barrier layer which act as a defect barrier layer with a semiconductor properties due to the high electrical impedance of the biodiesel [7].

It was determined that at the temperature of 1170 °C the expanded clay aggregate with high strength properties and a high coefficient of swelling is formed.
Industrial wastes actively affect not only the air but also the hydrosphere.
The authors noted that the viscosity of the mass is one of the main factors of the swelling process [15].
A number of scientific papers suggest that mullite gives the basic physical and mechanical properties to the ceramic materials [16 − 20].
Introduction of the electric steel melting slag in the composition of ceramic materials causes mullite formation, which increases physical and mechanical properties of expanded clay.

Kinetics; Activated carbon; Antimony; Adsorption Abstract: The affecting factors and kinetic characteristics of antimony (Sb) adsoption onto a type of the coconut shell activated carbon were investigated in this study.
Due to the stability of the physicochemical properties, resistance to acid and alkali, heatproof, and mechanical strength, activated carbon can be regenerated by a variety of methods to restore the adsorption capacity, which can greatly reduce the process cost of removal antimony from the polluted environment.

The results show that the charging voltage affects on the AlN content and the morphology of samples, significantly.
The mechanical strength of AlN is pretty high at room temperature and decreases slowly with the rise of temperature.
In addition, AlN is an important III–V nitride-based semiconductor with several excellent properties such as wide bandgap (6.2eV), high thermal conductivity (318-319 W/mK)[1] at low temperature, high volume resistivity, low dielectric constant, excellent thermal expansion coefficient and excellent chemical stability[2,3].
The quality of AlN powder is one key factor to prepare high-quality AlN ceramic.

initial 3.1.2 Nodes are connected detail size If you do not consider the material factors, the node connection detail size is mainly determined by the width and thickness of the strengthening ring.
Reinforcement ring for the outer limit of the two weldments thickness difference due to welding, makes reinforcement ring thickness generally taken closest to the beam flange thickness of the plate thickness, and therefore does not consider the reinforcement ring thickness factors to consider strengthening the ring width node rigid .
Similarly, in order to strengthen links with the outside point to strengthen the links point not consider strengthening the ring thickness factor nodes rigid.
The node initial stiffness of the web thickness 3.2 Creating strengthen the ring steel pipe concrete node stiffness calculation model At present, the theoretical analysis of semi-rigid steel frame joints have been maturing CFST column - steel beam joint with pure steel structure node there are some of the same mechanical properties, in the reference model of pure steel structure node, according to the previous computational analysis, select a power function model to strengthen the ring steel pipe concrete column node M-θ curve expression Mu connection limit bending moment carrying capacity (N•mm); M value for the node at the moment (N• mm); θ beams and columns relative rotation angle (rad); C1 = 37.699, C2 = 18.831 K is a normalization constant, is determined by the following formula K = d-0.2005ts0.6079bj0.3349h1.3329b0.7141t0.6879 Where d is the CFST column diameter (mm); ts for the steel pipe wall thickness (mm); bj to strengthen the ring width (mm); h for beam high (

When it comes to polymers filled with wood particles there are essentially two major limiting factors that controls the final products end user applications; 1) diffusion and 2) sorption/solvent uptake of (especially moisture) the product, since these two processes lead to property degradation in the composite materials.
The authors investigated the effect of moisture on the morphology and mechanical properties of the composites.
