At present, China's late stage of oilfield most mining has been reached, there is high water content, and produced low levels problems.
Polymer flooding is injecting a little high molecular weight polymer into water to increase the viscosity of the mobile phase, to reduce water phase permeability, to improve oil-water mobility ratio, to increase sweep efficiency, and to ultimately achieve the purpose of enhanced oil recovery[3,4].
As can be seen from change of viscosity and shear rate, because of intermolecular association of the polymer in water, initial viscosity and salt resistant have greatly improved.
Study on shear viscosity of different polymer Five kinds of polymer were placed in water, 5000mg/L NaCl, 10000mg/L NaCl and 15000mg/L NaCl solution, observing the variation of viscosity with shear rate.

In turn, the polluted river water finally enters the gulf or coastal waters, resulting in a considerable impact on the ecological environment.
The offshore water pollution is one important environmental problem.
Each team shall organize to study new theories and advanced technology regularly; visit developed areas or urban areas with remarkable achievements; regularly screen pollution sources and master the latest information; hold the experience exchange meetings and seminars to exchange and summarize the work experience; set up the monitoring sections and points at Beidaihe and adjacent sea basin regions to conduct the dynamic monitoring on rivers formed from runoffs by the rainfall and on water quality change in offshore areas to master timely the water quality dynamic change and offer effective data for leaders to make decisions.
Based on each special team’s work and various professional teachers of Environmental Management College of China to offer corresponding supports in such respects as the personnel, knowledge, technology and communication etc.

Electric vehicle battery-swap station replaces battery for long mileage and charging not timely,charges the unloaded battery by the ground charging system,meets the technical,economic and operational needs.In this model,the crux of problem is ready battery storage space and how to realize quick and easy battery-swap.Because of the large weight of the battery pack and the professional requirement of battery-swap,the swap station needs to be equipped with professionals and specialized machinery to quickly replace the battery,charge and maintain.Using this model,the advantages are as the following:
1)Electric vehicle users can rent a fully charged battery,swap the depleted batteries,this methed can help to improve vehicle efficiency,and can improve user convenience and quickness;
2)Taking advantage of low down time to recharge the unloaded battery can reduce the charging cost and improve vehicle operation economic efficiency;

At this time, the high-temperature liquid water that comes from the crystal water in the a-gypsum molecule will necessarily go through an instant vapourization (professional name “vapour explosion”) when it comes into the normal atmosphere.
The liquid water that was once crystal water in the a-gypsum molecule will release instantly the moment the molecules split up.
Also, the water that contailed in the serofluid will vapourize instantly.
That is to say the water(or steam) in and out of the a-gypsum will all be seperated from the a-gypsum.

The model incorporates major building data such as dams, plants, water-release structures, water area of the reservoir, massif around the dam, and geology of the dam foundation and abutment.
The interface should combine GIS maps with professional dam safety query and safety analysis functions.
A key technical problem of the system is related to superimposing and organizing spatial data and monitoring data to generate professional layers of monitoring information via graphical representation.

The sediment was centrifuged and washed with absolute alcohol, then dissolved into distilled water for determining by phenol-sulfuric acid method [9].
The fermentation tea was mixed with boiling water according to solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶50, covered, and steeped for 5 min, then strained to get the fermentation tea infusion.
