The effect of adoption of absorber plate with different types of fins, design modifications, CFD based optimization techniques and incorporation of storage materials have been reviewed.
The present paper reviews performance enhancement techniques through fins, roughness, storage materials, better design geometry and operation.
Storage materials Intermittent nature of incoming solar radiation necessitates the use of storage materials to deliver uniform supply of hot air at desired temperature.

Experimental study shows that compared with calculating the same cross section size of the two materials’ sum of its bearing capacity, the bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube is higher a lot, therefore, concrete filled steel tube structure has played potential of the two materials, which can reduce component cross section, improve the bearing capacity, make the overall weight reduce. [4-6]Steel pipe concrete component is prefabricated in the factory, generally built into a kind of building products, then transported to the construction site for assembly.

In this paper,by using cement, sand and other materials to make the M5, M7.5, M10 three strength grades cement mortar, the effect of water cement ratio and cement dosage on the strength of cement mortar was studied.
Introduction According to the similarity theory in the design of indoor model test, similar materials were determined, then the ratio of similar materials was changed to simulate the performance of different geological structure[1].

On the other hand, the design of new structures might benefit from the advances in the material science and new technologies to develop novel processing technologies to generate competitive wood-based materials fulfilling specific customer requirements.
The information about the materials is provided to the RAW MATERIAL and is processed in order to generate a set (matrix) of variables.
Even if the software was dedicated to surface finishing, it can be also adopted for historical timber structure assessment and engineering of novel wood-based materials for construction.
