It is well known that the noble metals such as Ag and Au with an abundance of free electrons are traditionally materials for plasmonics and metamaterials devices[6,7].
However, more basic materials are needed for the new applications in fast development of plasmonics and nanophotonics.
Because of the large free electron densities, metal alloys and intermetallics are potential candidates for the alternative plasmonic materials[8].
The EMA is a method of mixing the optical constants of two materials [20] which indicates the surface roughness layer.
