Reduction, reactive and chemical processes are commonly used methods in the TiB2 production.
Carbothermic reduction of TiO2 and B2O3 powder mixture, reduction of the TiO2 with B4C and metallothermic reduction of TiO2 and B2O3 are some of the reduction processes, which are summarized below.
Carbothermic reduction reaction: TiO2 + B2O3 + 5C → TiB2 + 5CO (1) Boron carbide reduction reaction: 7TiO2 + 5B4C → 7TiB2 + 3B2O3 + 5CO (2) Aluminothermic, silicothermic, magnesiothermic reduction reaction: TiO2 + B2O3 + Al (Si, Mg) → TiB2 + Al2O3 (SiO2, MgO) (3) Borothermic reduction reaction: TiO2 + 4B → TiB2 + B2O2 (4) Reactive process is the simplest method, which involves the direct reaction of elemental precursor Ti or TiH2 and B powders for the production of the high quality TiB2 powders.

The dynamic responses of the standard Charpy impact machine are experimentally studied using the relevant data acquisition system in order to obtain the impact response.
For this reason, strain gauges were connected to the data acquisition set and it was then attached to the striker for the signal collection.
One of the problems that arise with this alloy is the reduction in its durability.
The strain based on data acquisition was used for the strain data measurement.
It was noticed that the first dominant peak for the experimental data was 5.0 kHz and 1.0 kHz for the first and second experiment, respectively.

The LabVIEW application is used to conduct several tasks including user interface design, publishing and sharing measured data, instrument control and remote access to a system in the Process Control Laboratory.
In this study, the first part of the experiment set-up associated with a data acquisition (DAQ) card and a computer for the development of process control virtual laboratory has been conducted to generate user interfaces on the computer by using LabVIEW.
For virtual and remote laboratory, computers are ubiquitous to integrate part of every engineer’s toolbox used to do computations, data collection and reduction, simulations and data acquisition, and to share information via the Internet.
A computer equipped with the appropriate interface circuits, DAQ systems and software, can provide a visual aspect to these quantities, can process the required data [4] and can be made available to the remote area user via Internet or Intranet link.
In the virtual simulation experiments, the web server is used to share simulation software without instrument hardware but in the ensuing real-time measurement it is connected with experimental instruments through the DAQ card to accomplish data transmission between clients and remote instruments.

Introduction Quantitatively determine the time that the failure appeared and extract signal features during devices fault diagnosis process,in source orientation or equipment fault diagnosis,the vibration signal data sampled by data collector often superpose noise,useful feature information always submerges in the noise.In order to restore data into practical vibration condition veritably as far as possible,it need to denoise the jamming signal and extract the feature of the signal[1].
In the paper the authors propose a combination of the EMD method and the wavelet analysis to suppress the noise and fault detection and diagnosis, It adopts empirical mode decomposition to current signal ,obtained a series of IMFs,removing the first IMF to denosing,and then analyzed multi-scale ,using signal become mutated have the maximum modulus determine the time that the failure appeared. 1 Hilbert-Huang Transform Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT) is a novel analysis method for nonlinear and non-stationary data.It was proposed by Huang et al.It consists of two parts:(1)Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD), and(2)Hilbert Spectral Analysis.With EMD,any complicated data set can be decomposed into a finite and often less number of intrensic functions(IMFS)[3].Any IMF is defined as a function satisfying the following conditions(1)The number of extrema and the number of zero=crossings must either equal or differ at most by one;(2) At any point,the mean value of the envelope defined by the local

A new method of the data measurement and processing for the centerless roundness measuring of components with the use of corrective adjustment is proposed.
Each of the above mentioned approaches has its own peculiarities and requires using particular measuring instruments and data processing algorithms.
Model-made data have a specific character and are difficult in practical applications.
These data are used for simulation by the developed model, which result becomes a new device setting.
This result corresponds with similar data presented in the study [4].

Properties of Type B asphalt concrete, produced using “wet” process, with crumb rubber added as a part of rubber-asphalt binder, MPa The presented data shows that the addition of crumb rubber using “dry” process leads to unpredictability of asphalt concrete operational properties due to the differences between chemical composition and original structuring degree of crumb rubber from different batches.
Core samples test results Asphalt concrete water saturation increase and density reduction, most likely, can be explained by the increased stiffness of the rubber following thermal vulcanization typical for “dry” process.

The results show that as a multi-criteria decision-making method, AHP can be used effectively in the project risk management even with less historical data.
The second criteria level should consider four areas, reduce the probability and the loss of the risk factor, increase the controllability, and control the cost which is must be considered when we evaluate the risk reduction measures.
Even with less historical data, AHP can also reflect the evaluation results of the engineering practice.

In the post-earthquake survey, large amount of data on seismic damage and functional status of water supply systems was obtained.
Based on these valuable data, the seismic damage feature of the water supply network of 15 cities and counties and the performance failure status of water supply network in 26 cities and counties was discussed; the seismic damage phenomena, damage proportion, damage feature and damage degree of several kinds of water supply pipeline under different earthquake intensities are analyzed.
Damage Analysis Of Pipeline Damage comparison among pipes of different materials Based on the basic data and seismic damage data, the current state of the pipeline in 13 investigated areas with the site classification of II is showed in Fig.1, and the seismic damage ratio of different kinds of pipes in the Whenchuan earthquake is listed in table 1[1].
Conclusions The seismic damage phenomena, damage cause and degree of several kinds of water supply pipelines (especially the newly constructed PE pipe) under different earthquake intensities are compared and analyzed based on the post earthquake survey data of water supply system in Wenchuan Earthquake.
The seismic performance of the water supply pipeline is further understood and the following conclusions can be made: a) As the damage of buried water supply pipes is the main cause of the reduction or loss of water supply system’s function, new types of pipes with good seismic performance (e.g.
