Avoiding the influence of polymer chemistry, use ion beam sputtering deposition or magnetron sputtering method in the silicon surface depositing an inorganic planarization layer, the selection of planarization inorganic materials are mainly silicon-based. using ion beam sputtering deposition 50 nm silicon dioxide thin films on silicon wafer surface, then ion beam polishing, starting from 2.25 nm, roughness can be reduced to less than 0.2 nm.
Summary The 100 mm silicon wafers surface roughness after polishing is better than 0.2 nm (Rms), the cycle structure of defects silicon surface, the surface roughness after polishing is better than 0.6 nm (Rms).

The structure of compound 1o was confirmed by NMR.1H NMR spectra were recorded on Bruker AV400(400 MHz) spectrometer with CDCl3 as the solvent and tetramethylsilane as an internal standard. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3), δ (ppm): 1.95 (s, 6H), 2.14 (d, 3H, J = 8.0Hz), 3.3 (s, 1H), 7.14 (s, 1H).

During the initial stage of the process, amorphous iron oxide produces globular structures which are around 200 nm in size.
With a continuous supply of iron (hydr)oxide, above process continues and sheet like structures are formed by connecting isolated globules (Fig. 3).
Once the sheet-like structures are formed, they cover up the surface of apatite, thus preventing iron oxide getting in contact with the apatite.
These iron phosphate globules join together to form sheet-like structures (top left) which are stable in this environment.

These exothermic peaks are likely due to decomposition of resulting nano crystallite structures.
To investigate the phase structure of the main sample N0.4Ce0.06/TiO2 and undoped TiO2, XRD was used and the results are shown in Fig. 2.
The doped samples exhibit typical structure of TiO2 crystal without any detectable dopant related peaks.
This may be caused by the lower concentration of the doped species, and moreover, the limited dopants may have moved into either the interstitial positions or the substitutional sites of the TiO2 crystal structure.

The composition and structure of the products are determined by chromatographic and spectral analysis.
The structure of the synthesized products was determined by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
In the 1H NMR spectra of the cyclic structure of compound {1}, δ = 1.35-1.6 ppm is observed in the band, and the CH3 group signal in the band δ = 0.9 ppm.
The structures of synthesized cycloalkyl imidazolines were confirmed by IR and 1 H NMR spectroscopy.

Theoretical calculations have indicated that the fcc structure is more stabilized slightly [12].
Moreover, the higher evaporation temperature can lead to a preferential tendency towards stacking positions of fcc structures, which are well known as a thermodynamically stable crystalline phase [12].
The condensation of the surface silanol groups occurs above 200 °C [13], and brings about shrinkage of the structure.
The structure shrinkage is responsible for the shift of the PBG in this annealing temperature range.
