Sol-gel routes of production have been developed to produce conducting SiO2-P2O5-Ti02 glass materials.
From Fig.7 we found the XRD didn’t show any sharp peaks, indicating that this materials prepared by sol-gel method were amorphous in nature.

However, different from the differential casting for medal, the mould used here is made from silicon rubber belonging to super-elasticity materials and the filling material is Polyamine resin whose viscosity varies within a larger range [3, 4].
Therefore, a silicone rubber-based finite element model is established, fully considerding silicone rubber materials nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and incompressible properties.
