In Fig. 2(a) there are presented three different potential domains: cathodic domain (the passive film is destroyed by the hydrogen reduction reaction), the passive domain (where the passive film formed by the oxidation or adsorption of inhibitor) and the transpassive domain (where the passive film is damaged).
From the data plotted in Fig. 2(b) (Tafel curves), it can be observed that both anodic metal dissolution of iron and cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction were inhibited after the addition of green inhibitor USINHIB to 0.5 M HCl solution.
The effect of chemically stability of the surface immersed into solution with inhibitors addition increases the activation energy of iron dissolution reaction and leads to reduction of surface available for corrosion.

In order to analyze the experimental EIS data the values of impedance module logarithm at the frequency of 0.1 Hz at different overpotentials of -50, -100, -150 V and -200 mV, correspodning to the Tafel slopes of DE = f (log j) curves shown in Fig. 1, were determined.
The value of log |Z| at low frequencies is often used as a simple indicator to comparison of the electrochemical behavior of the electrode materials by a simple analysis of impedance data without the necessity of selection of the proper equivalent electrical circuit [11].

It seems that the difficulties are due to the conventional flow stress model which were obtained by fitting a few data from high speed impact experiments like the Hopkinson bar test in the strain rate range of 10 2 ~ 104 s-1.
The flow stress data with the conventional equations fitted from high speed compression tests for practical cutting processes were proposed by many researchers.
