Therefore, based on the stress variation analysis on the impeller, the influence factors of impeller stress are analyzed and the structure optimization of the impeller is done by using the finite element method in the paper.
Set the properties of materials are initialized as follows: material elastic modulus is 200Gpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3; density is 7850Kg/m3.
Due to the centrifugal force, the air exciting vibration force and other factors’ (such as sealing, rotor’s instability) interaction, there will be some vibration on impeller.
Considering the computation of the factors, only 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 9mm and 10mm on the maximum stress in the edge fillet radius is simulated, which is shown in Fig7~Fig.12.

Using the finite element method, Yu Jianlin[4] systemically analyzed several factors affected the maximum settlement in the soft soil foundation excavation.
According to the thinking of the soil loss theory, Jian Yanchun[6] studied the affecting factors of soft soil deformation, and obtained the calculation formula for ground settlement from lateral deformation of the support wall.
In the actual study, model test is so susceptible to size factors as to affect test results, in-situ test has a long test cycle, more difficult and high cost, while the numerical simulation analysis are relatively flexible, practical, effective and low cost.
Soil parameters determined in accordance with the relevant specifications and known material properties (see table 1).

The shear capacity and bond stress capacity are the two major factors affecting the strength of a joint core in RC structure.
The behaviours of exterior and interior connections have different parameters such as concrete compressive strength and geometry of connection, joint slenderness, material properties, and reinforcement were observed [2].
The aspect ratio is the determining factor based on the shape and size of fibre having the same properties.
Generally, the shear transfer mechanism in reinforced concrete varies depending on the material properties and the bond stress action.

This paper aims to study the electrochemical and mechanical properties of Zn-Ni alloy films deposited on steel substrates and suppress hydrogen evolution reaction by adding complexing agent (EDTA) and improving the corrosion resistance properties of Zn-Ni coatings.
The development of a stable plating bath is vital to electrodeposit Zn-containing coatings with suitable composition and microstructure, which leads to improving corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
The heterogeneous factor demonstrates the preliminary surface irregularities.
A thicker deposition thickness enhances the corrosion resistance properties of the coatings.

Take advantage form the residual mechanical properties of timber. 4.
After the realization of each groove the mechanical tests were repeated.
So, different parts of the same beam may partially act as separate parts, affecting the bending behavior of the whole beam; the MOE decreases can be assimilate to the one due to a cross-section modification.

In the long-term use process, bridge not only by atmospheric corrosion and high-low temperature impact and other natural environmental factors, but also by the heavy load and dynamic load work environment, therefore, it is hard to void produce damage phenomenon gradually.
Performance requirements of bridge structural adhesive Enterprise department also stepped up engineering supervision Successively formulated as promulgated many construction standard and acceptance standard in order to ensure construction engineering quality and service life and ensure that the people's life and property safety.
In order to meet bridge engineering construction and the bridge itself various performance requirements, segmental assembly method used in the bridge construction epoxy structural adhesive must has the following properties: (1)Bridge construction using Segment assembly method including multichannel process as brushing and tension , the adhesive which used should meet the requirements of the various processes for a long period of time, as epoxy adhesive suitable time more than 3 omin, preliminary cure time more than lh
(4)Bridge general service life is 30-50 years, even longer time, adhesive should have good aging properties and resistance to alkali corrosion, etc (5)Do not contain composition which on the rebar corrosion and influence the durability of concrete construction, does not contain solvent can be volatile The pull bond strength of sticking steel reinforcement with structural adhesive and concrete must be more than equal to 2.5 MPa, and damage of concrete cohesive failure is Clearly defined in the 《Specifications for strengthening design of highway bridges》(JTG/TJ22 - 2008).But as a result of new process a wide range application time is not long, the used structural adhesive research material are very few, and the factors affecting the performance of structural adhesive is relatively complex, it is necessary to carry on research on the bridge reinforcement with structural adhesive composition, performance and application., The mechanical performance of the bridge reinforcement with structural
adhesive must meet the bearing capacity requirement of reinforcement structure. In the use process of structural adhesive , first of all guarantee should be its use mechanical properties, then consider other characteristics, such as low viscosity, high temperature resistant and good durability.Excellent mechanical properties means that the reinforcement of bridge structure to achieve the original bearing ability level, so as to ensure the use requirements of the bridge structure.

The stability problem of eccentric rotor in high-speed cutting process is the main factor affecting the performance of cutter transmission system.
The complete modal information is given that provides a theoretical basis to better understanding the dynamic properties of eccentric rotor and provides the basic parameters for dynamic performance optimization and dynamic balancing analysis of cutter transmission system.
What’s more, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the better understanding of the eccentric rotor’s dynamic properties.

The present research focuses on the hot forging of 38MnSiVS5 micro-alloyed steel, examining the impact of key process variables, such as working temperature, deformation percentage and rate of cooling on mechanical properties, notably the ultimate tensile strength and impact energy.
Optimizing process parameters to identify critical control factors and achieve desired outputs with acceptable variations is key to enhancing process efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs [4].
In the ANOVA results (Table 5), the rate of cooling emerges as the most influential parameter affecting multiple process responses.
