Theoretical study allowed formulating the main criteria of receiving strong permanent joints to produce structures with advanced reliability as it creates favorable conditions for producing a more balanced deposited metal structure and reducing the heat-affected zone.
Due to this formation of the weld under extremely low temperatures requires special engineering solutions.

PREFACE
This volume, which comprises the 8th published Proceedings of the International Autumn Meeting
"Gettering and Defect Engineering in Semiconductor Technology" - GADEST '99, adds another
unique chapter to the history of GADEST.
The 14 years of the GADEST conference have seen significant progress in the semiconductor industry. and advances in semiconductor materials science.
One of the first, and probably one of the simplest, bandgap-engineered silicon devices is the SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT).
It is. however, fair to say thai progress in microelectronics is closely connected with advances in semiconductor materials science and improvements in existing characterisation techniques.
This very high interest emphasises once again the importance of a conference such as GA DEST, which serves as a forum for scientists and engineers working in a range of fields.

Although the thermal engineering calculations are considered the determining factors [1-3], the ability to achieve the required degree of flaring is also crucial.

Keywords:Up and down cover of mouse;Moldflow;Pouring system location.
Introduction Because mouse surface belongs to advanced curve property, so solid models of up and down cover of mouse were built by Pro/E, its’ drawing was based on three-dimension, it had characteristic distinguish with two-dimension, the created three dimensional model had direct and stereo perception properties, it could be observed from any angles.
There are many advanced properties in the three dimension deformation of mouse, such as property orders, “style”, “curve”, “kick”, etc., the top cover deformation of mouse is shown as Figure 2.

Teaching reform improves the students' interest, because of it emphasis on experiment teaching, especially in special engineering technology.
Among them, the use of engineering analysis in the form of group discussions and press group assessment, the assessment methods.
Plans to open engineering analysis projects are: Jiangsu University of Science and Technology campus environmental noise distribution and its countermeasures, marine auxiliary equipment vibration absorber design engineering analysis and diesel multi-layer vibration isolation design engineering analysis in Table1.
Content-Based Instruction:Can it help ease the transition from beginning to advanced foreign language classes.
