The importance of feed impact analysis is justified by the general effort to prefabricate parts near net shape, if possible by one pass material removal.
The milling of compound materials (integration of 2 or more different materials) is investigated in [15] The choice of the optimal tool for different materials is problematic.

The localization of deformation in recrystallizing materials is investigated via a series of two-dimensional grain-scale numerical simulations.
Introduction The localization of deformation in geological materials is a widely studied phenomenon at all scales, from the formation of deformation bands within single grains, up to crustal scale shear zones [1,2,3].
Nevertheless, grain size increase during deformation is commonly observed in materials below their steady state grain size.
The two types of localization demonstrated by this simple system indicate the limitations of applying simple flow laws to natural materials, as even over very short time scales the material is undergoing cyclic deformation behavior.

Materials and Preparation Raw Material.
The Performance Analysis of theSample The Sample of different Raw Materials Ratio had Effect on Clotting, Hemostatic Capability.
Fig. 3 The clotting capability test of the sample of different raw materials ratio Fig.4 The hemostatic performance test of the sample of different raw materials ratio m1:the weight of chitosan m2:the weight of baicalin Fig.3 and Fig.4 showed that with the increase of the quality ratio of chitosan and baicalin the effect of coagulation and hemostasis was gradually enhanced, but the effect of coagulation and hemostasis was enhanced more slowly when the quality ratio exceeded 1:0.8, so the best quality ratio of chitosan and baicalin was 1:0.8.

Soil nailings were two type of materials, one was HRB335 steel, another was GFRP.Grouting cement was No.425, friction angle was 50°, GFRP bar’s elastic modulus was 45 GPa.The model consisted of 9600 zones, 11050 grid-points,832 structural-elements and 709 nodes.
Two different types of materials were applied as soil nailing, plastic zone distribution was obtained by numerical simulation, shown in Fig 2.

Preparation and Antibacterial properties of Nano-hydroxyapatite / Quaternary ammonium salt composite Material Huifang Yang1, a, Renshu Ren1,b ,Huang Li1,c and Zhifang Li1,d 1School of Material science and engineering,Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, Shijiazhuang,050043,China a yhf989@sina.com, b ren-shu-xia@163l.com, cLi huang@163.com, d zhifangli@163.com Keywords: hydroxyapatite, ammonium salt, antibacterial properties, heat resistance.
The composite material has excellent antimicrobial property, the diameter of bacteriostatic ring equaling to 9mm, when adding 5.7% Quaternary ammonium salt into Nano-hydroxyapatite at the 120℃ for 1 hour, and when the heat temperature is 200°C, the diameter of bacteriostatic ring were more than 7mm, which demonstrate the composite agent still has a certain of antimicrobial property and good the heat resistance.
