The dehydration between silicon dioxide particles can make it form net-structure, and the silicon dioxide particles can also miscible with organic polymer[1], therefore, nano materials usually have wide applications in fiber, fabric, rubber, paint, ceramics, coating, fine casting, fire-proof material, papermaking, petroleum chemical industry and electronic industries, etc[2-4].
However, with the rise and developments of metal surface treatment, chemistry-mechanical polishing and inorganic polymer coatings, the demand for large particle size nano-silica dioxide increases largely.

Both samples exhibit type IV isotherms with H1 hysteresis loops, which is the typical characteristic of cylindrical-like pore structure.
