Introduction Multimedia data transmission of web-based is changing human lifestyle.
However, digital image data of multimedia data is contained enormous amounts of data and images to the processing, storage and transmission have created insurmountable difficulties, and great constraining the development of multimedia communications, image communication development has become the "bottleneck" problem.
Calvagno proposed a coding programmes : the methods will be used by wavelet transform, at first the low frequency data of images decomposition are encoded , and then use it to predict other sons images, thus completing the entire image coding.
That is, first of images wavelet transform to the low frequency data without changing the forecast coding; HF son of HF data tree fractal coding.
The paper proposes an kind improved Image Compression based on Fractal Coding, embedded wavelet zerotree coding algorithm keeping low frequency data coding without impairments, this algorithm overcomes above three drawbacks to some extent.

Based on the previous data the strength properties of the cement paste with recycled concrete powder below 33 wt. % was almost constant and strength properties were comparable with a reference sample made of cement only.
Replacement below critical amount could lead to cost reduction of cement composites and also the negative impact of the cement production and concrete disposal on environmental could be reduced.

Equilibration was then followed by MD data production runs typically extending over 1ns at a temperature T of 310 K and snapshots of the model geometry were saved in a respective history file for every 500 fs.
Table 2: Basic parameters of selected simulation models (all simulation data averaged over 3 models in each case) Polymer Experimental density (g/cm3) Av.
Concerning the latter data it needs to be mentioned that all interactions, i.e. van der Waals, electrostatic and hydrogen bonds were considered.
Table 3 contains important properties calculated from the simulation data Table 3: Properties calculated from the simulation data.
If then the simulated development of the free volume is compared with the respective experimental water uptake data, it is clearly visible that PGA overtakes PLLA already after a relatively short time.

The equilibrium adsorption data were analyzed using adsorption models of Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin.
The results showed that the model isotherms are fitting very well with the experimental data.
Kinetic study was conducted and the results pointed out that a pseudo-first order model was represented the data.
Adsorption kinetics The adsorption data of benzene by CNT was fitted through kinetic model including pseudo-first order kinetic [12] as shown in following equation
About 100% reduction in concentration of benzene was obtained.

A verified nonlinear finite element model is developed to generate NNM training data.
To select the training data for the NNM, computer generated D-optimal designs are utilized.
However, the neural network used in these studies are primarily trained using experimental data such that these studies considered only special cases, limited materials, and geometrical bending tool dimensions.
In this study, the neural network metamodel (NNM) was trained using data generated via the FEM to map a large range of materials and geometrical bending tool dimensions.
The required training data for the metamodel should be selected so that it can provide a wide range of information between the inputs and outputs.

As mentioned previously, there is a relatively large scatter in the density data of both foams.
The lines were drawn by applying the least-square method to these data.
In these figures, the various curves are experimental data and the marks are the values calculated by these equations.
We have to pay attention that the stress-strain data shown in Fig.5, 6 and 8 are the data of nominal stress and strain.
In the strain from 0.05 to 0.6, their differences from experimental data were less than ± 10 % .

Considering the correlation of the process variables, in the PCA strategy, statistical models are built with historical data set, and the fault detection is taken with the deviation between new set and the models, then the dimension reduction will be realized without reducing valuable information, and the distribution hypothesis either.
The filtering results from the filters in level-1 will be fused ultimately in the main data fusion filter of level-2.
The first step for the PCA based fault detection for train locating is the modeling with historical data.
Modeling is realized with data set mn×X , where m is the number of sampling points, n represents the states.

Therefore, exploring the evaluation method on energy consumption and carbon emission for public buildings has a great significance to achieve carbon reduction target.
The national building energy consumption data in 2006 [12] which was announced by the Ministry of Construction, indicated that public building in towns was the largest energy consumption per unit area in all types as shown in Economics Table 2.
Because Bottom-up Model has multiple classification and readily available quantitative data, it is widely applied all over the world.
While actually, the publicly available detailed models, input and output data and parameters are lack in China, and family life habit, the use of high and new technology also affect the building energy consumption.
Public building energy consumption and carbon emission estimations have been carried out many mature software and methods, but lacking of publicly available data, parameters, input and output made the high precision difficult.

Introduction The rise of Additive Manufacturing (AM) offers new opportunities such as cost reductions and freedom of manufacturing, depending on the type of the component.
Secondly, the size of the cavity was limited because of the torch accessibility, giving a limited mass reduction (34%) compared to design expectations (around 50%).
By using the manufacturing with 8 dof robotic cell, the closing of the cavity has been improved and the design expectation was met by significant 49% reduction of mass compared to a full blade.
The application of this methodology helped to realize the hollow propeller blade in one set-up and an expected mass reduction, which would have been impossible without multi-axial toolpath.

The numerals indicate the number of complete reduction cycles along three orthogonal directions (a, b, c) and single reduction along the axis a.
Inside the bands of the structure, according the TEM data (Fig. 6b), there is a finer structure of microbands with geometrically necessary boundaries; inside the fine microbands (≤1.5 mm), incidental dislocation boundaries are formed.
Hence, the parameters in Eq.1 should be specified not from reasonable consideration but from experimental data.
Despite the great body of experimental research in the influence of severe plastic deformation on microstructure of metals and alloys, the parameters ec, n, and m are mostly impossible to estimate because the data necessary for this are incomplete (in particular, the average grain size in initial specimens is often unknown).
By and large the foregoing data demonstrate that the critical strain for the onset of dynamic recrystallization in TiNi-based alloys under warm deformation is relatively small.
