Abstract: For most of the cities will appear traffic congestion on the work the peak of the big gap in both directions of traffic between the same road sections in china, comparative analysis of the collected traffic flow on urban road sections on the flow and the value of road occupation rate and statistical derivation.Proposed the concept of restructuring on the road environment.
For most of our cities will appear traffic congestion on the work the peak of the big gap in both directions of traffic between the same road sections, by taking advantage of the road reorganization of resources and the idea of network topology on the road environment to restructuring,to exist road resources to optimal control theory to improve road traffic congestion phenomenon and improve the utilization rate of the road to save construction materials .[1] Data acquisition of traffic conditions characteristic In this paper, use the fixed traffic detectors to acquire the parameters of the road.Traveling in both directions on the section of the road install a detector respectively.
Fig. 2 The original road traffic flow Fig.3 Reorganization of the road traffic flow Conclusion This paper presents a new concept on the road to restructuring with construction materials based on road environment, the rule of reorganization discriminant based on the specific state of the road, theoretically improve the resource utilization of the road, while alleviating the crowded state of rush hour on the road.

Introduction
The development of new natural fibers has become one of the research focuses in material fields due to the shortage of resources and environmental pollution problems in recent years. The natural cellulose materials are the most abundant renewable resources in the world, among which the plant fibers in a wide variety of forms are predominantly used as the leading materials in textile fields.
The various new types of natural vegetables different from the traditional ones such as cotton, flax, jute and other bast or leaf fibersare has been developed to enlarge the variety of textile materials.

In this study, a design method for stem made of composite material is proposed.
Materials and Methods Composite Stem.
Material coordinate systems are defined in each of all elements because of the anisotropy of femur and composite stem. l axis is the major direction of a material, t axis is transversal to l axis, and z axis is orthogonal to other two axes.
