The atomic mass difference between the guest and host plays the key role on the reduction in κL [1-3], and the scattering parameter (A) can be written as the following expression [1]: 2 2 0 ))(1( 4 M M xx v A Δ π Ω − =
If we are able to control the size and periodicity of these vacancy planes, a signification reduction in κL can be achieved, due to the effective phonon scattering in these vacancy planes.

While doing this increases the difficulty and complexity of noise reduction.
Supposing data model including noise is (7) In the formula is the primitive image which does not contain the noise estimation, is the gaussian white noise, is for image noise’s variance.

By then, calcination temperature for further process is estimated from the weight loss curve (%) where three stages of mass reduction exist.
The C region (ΔT= 440 ⁰C – 480 ⁰C) with Δm ≈8.19% is the end of a significant mass reduction that should be related to the release of other carbonate compounds.

The next stage is the main reaction of reduction of silicon dioxide by aluminium.
The concurrent participation of hydrogen, carbon and then aluminium in the reduction process results in the increase in the rate of ignition and combustion after 40 minutes of treatment but the maximum temperature of combustion slightly decreases. Thus, the results of analysis of combustion thermograms indicate a positive effect of bound water and carbon present in the used modifiers on the combustion process.
According to reference data [5], the values of relative dielectric permittivity for quartz is 3.5 - 4.5; glass – 3.7-10; porcelain – 4.5-4.7; corundum (Al2O3) – 8.2 and amourphous Al2O – 3.63; graphite – 10-15 and diamond – 5.6-5.8; for silicon – 12.0; alcohols – 27-41.2 and water – up to 80; for air – 1.00057.
It follows from the presented data that the value of dielectric permittivity depends on the aggregate state of the material, the degree of crystallinity and composition (or purity) of solid dielectrics.

A better sound damping performance of up to -4 dB was obtained, as well as an improved long-term durability and a weight reduction.
A large amount of relevant data is generated, including simulation and design tools for properties like pressure drop, heat transfer, and sound absorption.

Each data point represented the average of 625 Raman measurements on the implant surface.
Results Initial technical challenges were encountered with the weight-loss measurements from 0 to 1 Mc duration and so the ZrO2/XLPE wear data were presented from 1 to 10 Mc duration.
Other studies to 3.0-Mrad XLPE showed up to 4-fold wear reduction by 5-Mc duration [3, 4, 5].
Thus the in-vitro studies continue to suggest an advantage in the use of such zirconia femoral condyles for wear reduction in UHMWPE tibial inserts.

Effective energy ratio basically approached a stable value when the rod length more than 15m, with its reduction was only 0.064%/m.
Energy reduction ratio was only 5.4% when the rod length changed from 15m to 100m, whose impact on the value of N far less than other construction factors, such as stress states of borehole bottom and drilling technology.
Based on stress wave theory and the field measured data, hammering energy has no significant attenuation with the increase of rod length.
From the stress wave theory and field test data, it is not difficult to draw the following conclusions: (1) If L<10m, then αL is adopted on the basis of the values in Table 3. (2) If L≥10m, then αL is adopted the value 1.0 and does not need rod length modification.

The engineering data of the bridges which have been built indicate that total construction investment of a NC(C50) pre-stressed beam bridge (the length is 40m) is 3.84 million RMB (4 thousand per square meter), and the investment of upper structure accounts for about 60% of the total construction investment.
Besides, the previous engineering data indicate that the maintenance and repair costs of the later service period of bridges account for 10% of the total construction investment, it is about 380 thousand RMB.
Through the above analysis, considering the cost of bridge during the entire service period, the total investment of RPC beam bridge (the length is 40m)is only higher than NC beam bridge by 3.3% , while the reducing costs of repair and installation caused by the weight reduction of RPC beam bridge are not considered. therefore, the economic feasibility of RPC beam bridge is great.
Next, the weight reduction of bridge can improve its crossing ability

The reduction of enzyme activity in KGM medium was initiated earlier than that in PEC medium regardless of the medium type, but the reduction rate of enzyme activity was similar to the other.
However, xylanase activity maintained at ~10-4 U/mL (data not shown) which could be ignored in the process of fermentation.
The highest cellulase activity maintained at ~10-6 U/mL (data not shown).

After entering the “post-Kyoto" era, the European Union set a goal of saving 20% energy in 2020, especially the Obama administration proposed a clear target of emission reduction in the United States, China will be exposed to the increasing international pressure in emission reduction.
Take the data in 2006 as an example, the comparison of energy consumption of several typical nations as shown in Fig. 3, China's unit GDP energy consumption is 4 times of the United States’, 8 times of Japan’s, 3 times of the world average level.
China should accelerate the development of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies, and support key and exemplary energy saving projects, encourage the popularization and application of high efficient products.
CONCLUSIONS AND REMARKS Chinese government has set out a comprehensive objective to achieve 4 times GDP growth with only 2 times energy consumption and 10% emission reduction by 2020.
