The relationship between the entropy and the order of eco-industrial chains for recycling waste material The order of eco-industrial chains is the “live” structure formed by the coordination in the space, time or function between node enterprises [6].
Fig.1 Corresponding relation between entropy and order-disorder of eco-industrial chains for recycling waste material Affiliation entropy is used to describe structure order-disorder.

The raw materials of activated carbons are generally wood, coal, charcoal, oil, etc.
The excessive development and unreasonable use of human beings make the storage capacity of coal and oil less and less, so it is important that looking for clean and easy to get raw materials to replace.
Such structural components of sugarcane bagasse is used to synthesis of new materials [7].Sugarcane bagasse is known as its large storage capacity.

The Ti-O chemical bond has a high polarizability, making titanium oxides used for the synthesis of effective ceramic materials and nonlinear optical crystals [3, 4].
It is known that the structure and properties of oxide materials, including oxides of transition metals, strongly depend on the synthesis conditions [5-7].
In this case, the morphology and phase composition obtained micro- and nano-crystalline products is particularly sensitive to the choice of initial materials and synthesis conditions [8-11].
Materials and Methods Hydrothermal and solvothermal synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles was carried out in an autoclave with a teflon glass [11].
