Abstract.
The design of microstructure in materials, ranging from ultrafine, moderately sized, duplex to single crystalline, has long been a challenging subject to material scientists.
Normal grain growth occurs in materials with rough boundaries while abnormal grain growth can occur in materials with faceted boundaries.
On the other hand, for faceted boundaries, either duplex or ultrafine structured materials can be obtained.

Experimental procedure Materials.
The particle mass- erosion rate graph of two kinds of materials in erosion and salt spray corrosion - erosion cyclic conditions are shown in Fig. 3.
Journal of Yangzhou Teachers College Vol. 16 (1996), p. 32 ], so the corrosion speed of titanium alloy with passive film is about 1% of that without passive film[[] Jie Gu,Tianqing Liu:Materials Protection Vol. 33(2000), p. 4 ].
The passive film on the titanium alloy surface is very thin[[] Ping Huang,Kewei Xu,Yong Han:Rare metal materials and engineering Vol. 32 (2003), p. 272 ], about 2-6nm with no obvious interface with matrix and likely has high bond strength.

However, it is difficult to machine composite materials with high efficiency to yield good-quality products.
Machining the composite materials leads to various problems because of the presence of fiber to increase the strength.
In these types of materials machining the hole to proper dimension is a difficult one.

Various degradation mechanisms, however, may appear such as chemical instability between different components of cells and sintering of electrode materials especially during a long-range operation at high temperatures.
On the cathode side, most of earlier studies on degradation were conducted on chromium poisoning effect, which is mainly caused by metallic interconnect materials and leads to serious degradation of cells [6, 7].

By introducing the failure strain stochastic field of concrete material subjected to uniaxial compressive stress, and according to the principle of energy conservation during the process of damage failure, the stochastic damage constitutive equation of HSHPC material subjected to uniaxial tension stress is derived.
The theoretical results agree well with the experimental conclusions, and it shown that the proposed stochastic damage constitutive relation can objectively reflect the failure mechanism of HSHPC material.
The research achievements will provide a basic research method for establishing the dynamic damage constitutive relation of HSHPC material.
