Emergency materials reserve problems analysis
Though, our country has set up the materials guarantee system responding to emergencies, the actual emergency supply is unable to meet the demand.
Long-term cooperation with the manufacturers of emergency materials can ensure the sufficient supply even if the stored materials are facing an emergent shortage, which help ensure the efficient response to the emergent disaster rescue.

This information can be used to estimate the possible performance of polymeric materials to certain extent without extra scratch experimental work.
Unfortunately, most polymer materials are soft and vulnerable to scratch damage comparing with metals and ceramics.
On the basis of materials design and scratch test, to maintain certain flexural modulus and tensile yielding stress, many other parameter should be controlled, for example black color pigment M/B, catalyst, MFR(melt flow rate) and so on..
