Analysis of new materials of computer memory Zheng Qiuju Harbin Finance University, Harbin, Heilongjiang, 150000 Keywords: external memory; phase change memory; magnetic materials; crystal form materials Abstract: Modern computer memory, in addition to cache memory, is mainly divided into two categories: internal memory and external memory.
In this paper, based on a lot of information the author makes a brief analysis of the new material of the external memory, that is, the phase change storage materials, titanium oxide crystals form materials, magnetic materials and organic ferroelectric materials, and comprehensively promote the new research and new development of computer storage materials.
New phase-change memory and the improvement of materials 1-1.
The Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) phase change materials research has more than 20 years of time.
In short, Ge2Sb2Te5 is the most ideal materials found for phase change.

Introduction The analysis of functionally graded materials has become a subject of increasing importance motivated by a number of potential benefits from the use of such novel materials in a wide range of modern technological practices.
As it is reported in the literature [6, 7], the graded materials are rarely isotropic because of the nature of techniques used in fabricating them.

Traditional materials for 3D printing include thermoplastics, ceramics, graphene-based materials, and metals, which enable the production of intricate parts with high precision.
Originally, these materials were composed of acrylates, which formed robust, linked structures.
On the other hand, further complications arise for brittle materials at the lower shelf zone.
Experimental Part The following results are from 2 different studies that have tested the two materials.
