Accordingly
200-300 micron size SiC (silicon carbide) reinforced Aluminium alloy composite was prepared in laboratory condition.
It is only compound of carbon and silicon.
In this research work we are aiming to study is to find out the effect of addition of SiC particles in pure Al 6063.

The high extraction cost of elemental titanium from its ores is because of the high stability of its oxides and compounds due to the great affinity that titanium has for interstitials like for interstitials like oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and carbon.
In many of these alloys, non-toxic but heavy alloying elements like niobium, zirconium and tantalum are specifically employed [3].

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of the scrap material and the additional elements on the structure and mechanical properties of multi-phase system.
Conforming to these needs, elastomers (rubbers) should be used by simple processing with various materials in different conditions by addition of new alloying elements [1-5].
It is observed that Tg of the studied compounds does not change considerably (within the limits of 3-4°C) but is significantly reduced comparing to rubber’s glass transition temperature or our previous studies [17].
