Introduction At present, nanometer materials have been widely used in energy, environmental protection, electronic technology, molecular biology, medicine, military and agriculture.
While the researches of the nanometer materials effects on the soil and plants are few.
Materials and methods Test materials The basic physical and chemical properties of the soil in the test were as follows: the content of organic matters was 1.2mg/kg; the content of available phosphorous was 33.4g/kg; pH was 8.16; the conductivity was 456us/cm.

Introduction As the continuous development of modern science, crystalline silicon material has been used more widely.
However, silicon with its characteristics of brittle materials result in exists of recast layer, dross, cracks and other defects, which increases the difficulty of its processing.
