Abstract.

Materials and methods
Soil samples were collected in the Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve in May 2007 in order to analyze the regional variation of nitrogen and phosphorus distribution characteristics in wetland soils.
Quality assurance and quality control were assessed using duplicates, method blanks and standard reference materials (GBW07401) obtained from the Chinese Academy of Measurement Sciences and the recovery rate of phosphorus was 108%.

The constant temperature bath oscillator(SHZ-A) was used for adsorption process studies, The content of miglitol was determined by the double-beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer(TU-1900)with the methods of alkaline permanganate potassium[9],The raw material was weighed by Electronic Analytical Balance(FA2004N).

In materials of distinct ductile behaviour, fracture occurs
after all three phases.
Materials: Basic mechanical properties of the materials (base metal - BM and weld metal - WM), determined on round tensile (RT) specimens, are given in Table 1, while the true stress - true strain diagrams of both materials can be found in [18].
Using this procedure, values for both materials from Table 1 are determined.
