Abstract.
The structure of compound diarylethene 1a was characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3), δ (ppm) 0.647 (t, 3H, -CH3), 2.267 (s, 3H, -CH3), 2.40–2.44 (m, 2H), 7.2–7.34 (m, 4H), 7.47 (d, 1H), 7.58 (d, 2H), 7.67 (d, 1H).

When the atomic ratios of B and F to Ti are 0.2 and 0.05, respectively, and the calcination temperature is 600℃, the synergetic effect of boron and fluorine effectively tunes the energy band structure, improves the surface area and enhances the light photo catalytic activity of TiO2.

The chemical composition, structure and thermal stability of the spent FCC equilibrium catalyst from oil refinery are characterized by XRD, FT-IR, DTA-TG, Fully chemical analysis technique, SEM.
The average structure of mullite can be derived from the closely related but structurally more simple sillimanite (composition:Al2SiO5, x=0.00).
In sillimanite, like in other mullite type structures, edge-connected AlO6 octahedral chains run parallel to the crystallographic c-axis [5-8] .

Results indicate that the ceramic coating on pure titanium by micro-arc oxidation is a porous mixed crystal structure which is mainly composed of such elements as Ti, O, Ca and P.
Under the common action of thermochemistry, plasma chemistry and electrochemistry, through periods of common anode oxidation, spark discharge, micro arc oxidation and arc quenching, arc discharge is produced on the surface of base valve metal, which oxidizes ceramic coating in situ growth and the coating mainly contains base metal oxides.
JEOL JSM-7001F SEM was used to observe micro structure on the surface of MAO film, and EDS was used to analyze its elemental composition.
Because the MAO film is a porous structure, so substrate can be tested by X ray diffraction, therefore, Ti substrate exists.
The film is a mixed crystal structure which contains anatase TiO2 and rutile TiO2, and the main crystal phase is rutile TiO2, which content is 68.01%.
