A field emission scanning electron microscope (Ultra Plus SEM, Zeiss, Germany) and infrared spectrometer (Nicolet5700) (Thermo Fisher Co., Ltd, USA) were prepared for characterizing materials.
Results and discussion Electron microscopic analysis The surface characteristics of the tested materials were investigated using a field emission scanning electron microscope.

Comparing to macro
mechanical machining process, micro mechanical machining such as micro milling can create
