Powder Metallurgy (PM) is a continually and rapidly evolving technology embracing most metallic and alloy materials, and a wide variety of shape.
EDM tool electrode can also be produced with desirable properties by the result of a combination of different materials.
Lee and Li [3] claimed that materials that require large amount of energy to melt usually have high melting temperature.

Nanocomposites hold tremendous potential as 'designer' materials with multifunctional, tunable physical properties.
These materials can be either in the form of core-shell structure, standard composite or multilayer structures [2].
Iron nanoparticles were obtained from Materials Modification Inc.

So, it is possible to make thin EM wave absorbers from such materials with particle size below skin-depth and electrically isolated with insulating matrix such as resin or rubber [1-4].
The nanocomposite magnets can be used as EM materials in higher frequency bands with larger coercivity.
Composite materials were prepared by dispersing the melt spun alloys powder in paraffin wax, and the volume fraction of powder is 85%.
