Small amplitude oscillation shear testing is widely used to follow the structure and properties of wheat flour dough [1].
Beside gluten, starch is also believed to influence the mechanical properties of dough.
Previous studies in linear viscoelastic region suggested that starch plays some roles in the rheological properties of dough [5, 6, 7].
In addition, the source of starch is also a determining factor, while the size of starch is not a vital factor.
It will be interesting to reveal microstructural basis and the essential factors that contribute to the different viscosity of the doughs made from different source of starch.

For both properties, the type of binder has been found to be the most influential parameter.
Acoustic properties The Kundt’s tube or impedance tube technique was used to determine the acoustic properties of the samples using the 3-microphone no-cavity configuration as described in (Iwase et al., 1998).
The sample is placed inside the tube, next to the rigid backing, and the three microphones allow the determination of the different properties.

However, the performance of the spindle/tool interfaces is one key factor affecting machining characteristics [1].
Under the action of the dynamic loads, the spindle/toolholder interface appears the properties of contact stiffness and structural damping, which can be characterized by some equivalent springs and dampers.
The material properties of the spindle and toolholder are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 Material properties of spindle and toolholder Young's modulus [N/m 2] Poisson's ratio Density [kg/m3] Coefficient of friction 2.06×1011 0.3 7.84×103 0.2 Generally speaking, the dynamic performances of the HSK interface are mainly determined by the low-order modes of vibration.

These materials display outstanding features, in terms of their chemical, mechanical, and aesthetic properties, resulting from their chemical composition, inspired processing, and fine microstructure.
More specifically, the typical microstructure of the glass-ceramic IPS Empress II (e-max) was revealed after HF-etching (Fig. 2a), which consists of elongated grains with a high aspect ratio, well-interlocked in the glass matrix, resulting in the outstanding mechanical properties of this superior dental material.
The chemistry of these compounds can result in great improvement of the bond strength between the glass-ceramic material and the natural dentine (actually, they affect interfacial adhesion and wetting behavior of silica-containing glass-ceramics).
Conclusions In the course of the cementation process in dental practice, surface roughness is a very important factor in order to achieve a strong and long-term stable interface between the IPS Empress II (e-max) and tooth dentine.
Therefore, thorough investigation is currently underway to study the influence of these results on the cementation process, and particularly the micromechanical properties of the interface and the bond strength between the IPS Empress II (e-max) and the tooth dentine.

During rolling the typical basal texture develops which is disadvantageous for subsequent processing and leads to anisotropic properties.
After compression tests the specimens' shape was more oval than round (Fig. 1) which is an indication for anisotropic properties already after caliber rolling.
Furthermore it is obvious that the formation of basal texture in magnesium is influenced by several independent factors.
This is to be achieved by varying factors that influence deformation in order to impair the activation of the favored basal gliding mechanisms and to influence twinning with the objective of achieving a reduced basal texture.
The entire model [9] calculates the texture development as a result of deformation and recrystallization, and the resulting anisotropic plastic properties.

Introduction With the development of rubber industry, various kinds of rubber material and products with unique excellent properties are used more and more extensively in aerospace equipment.
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR) is widely used in aviation sealing products because of its excellent adhesive, processing and mechanical properties[1-4].
The factors influencing the data fluctuation are less, so the accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of the lifetime forecast result can be guaranteed
It can avoid gap between the two parts caused by thread abrade which is a result of repeated use, and then affected test accuracy

Study Shows With the development of mining technology, more and more members of association rules and the expansion, will be more valuable factors integrated into association rules mining method of association rules, so as to enrich the application domain, widen the scope of management decision support.
Multilevel Association Rules Mining Algorithm The great l presented focus on data attribute weighted structural thought[5], additional properties are in the data set to existing properties is established based on the reaction that local or global features additional properties, improved the main idea of the algorithm is: through the classification process and pitchfork to adjust the attribute weights, each classification error rates of different, weight adjustment is also different.
Using the attribute weights are adjusted data set, the data set is inserted into the symbol vector structural properties attached method to achieve property coverage, to improve the classification accuracy and stratification of the realization of.
On the property, in accordance with the data set of content size associated with each of the 8 properties to establish a local level vector properties, will be the same weights add attributes the same additional attributes, attributes covering and realize the levels of distinction.
For each transaction set a unique ID, each transaction has 1260 properties and 1 judgment, calculated for each transaction item number Item and project code.

The Physical Properties of Coal.
The physical properties of coal are external performance of coal’s chemical composition and molecular structure.
It is determined by the factors such as coal’s raw material and its accumulation conditions, conversion process, coal rank and degree of oxidation, and including color, gloss, pink, specific gravity, bulk density, hardness, brittleness, fracture, conductivity and so on.
The physical properties of the coal can be used as a basis for preliminary evaluation of coal, and used to study the causes of coal, modification mechanism and solve the geological problems of coal seam correlation.

A change in any of the above factors can result in detectable changes in the properties of the ash produced.
However, composition of Fly Ash depends mainly upon the geographical factors related to coal deposit, combustion conditions and the type of ash collection devices.
Factors that affect drying shrinkage of concrete also impacts on the rate of drying shrinkage and intensity of overall process.Aggregate plays an important constituent in affecting shrinkage of concrete.
