Study on Tunable Filtering Characteristic of 1-D defect Photonic Crystal Based on Surface Wave Resonance Ying Chen1, a ,Wei-hong Bi2 and Qi-guang Zhu2 1Institute of Electronical Engineering, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China 2Institute of Information Science and Engineering, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China achenying@ysu.edu.cn Keywords: Biosensor, Photonic crystal, Surface wave resonance, Defect, filtering Abstract.
Introduction Photonic crystals (PC), which was periodic structures of dielectric material in one, two or three-dimension, could exhibit frequency regions in which the propagation of electromagnetic wave is forbidden.
Through designing the periodical structure thickness of the photonic crystal and the material index, the resonant wavelength could be met with the incident wavelength.

Most of the wastes are valuable resources that can be used as raw materials or as an energy source to produce heat or electricity.
Wastes contain significant amounts of valuable resources that can be used as raw materials or/and energy.
Wastes are generated continuously by human / industrial units and may replace traditional raw materials and non-renewable energy.

The selection of cutting tool material Reasonable selection of cutting tool materials is one of the most important conditions on ensuring effectively cutting and processing stainless steel materials.
Selection of cutting-tool angle When the cutting tool material is decided, tool geometry angle is the key to turning stainless steel materials.

Spark Plasma Sintering and related techniques are popular thanks to its fast, energy-efficient and highly effective sintering capability for producing fine-grained, fully dense materials.
Moreover the combination of these properties combined with high pressure and controlled atmosphere, gives an ability to develop new materials with optimized microstructures [ 4].
