Summary The study presented a review on simulation of nanowire and nanogap using COMSOL Multiphysics from the various literature review we found that the COMSOL is the most suitable software for study Nanostructures and we discovered the model can be also develop for special biomedical applications such as the interaction between organic material such as DNA and protein with inorganic materials such as nanowire, nanogap etc. which we expect to other structures in the next publication.
