Thus, materials with perovskite structure are the best candidature as to provide high dielectric constant.
To date, a lot of perovskite structures had been studied such as PZT, SrTiO, BaTiO [1, 2] but outstanding dielectric constant values had been reported only for CCTO which reaches up to 105 with low loss at low frequencies.

This phenomenon can be explained in terms of surface chemistry of the oxide particles in the suspension which was governed by the reaction between the oxide surface and the isopropyl alcohol medium and the adsorption of preferential ions from nitric acid.
The results show that only very small amount of Zr can be doped inside BT structure.
The addition of Zr in BT structure causes suppression of grain growth.

XRD patterns in Fig. 4b represent that crystal structure of as-synthesized nano ZrO2 powders is monoclinic.
It was reported that ZrO2 having monoclinic structure precipitates from the acidic (pH<1) and alkaline (pH>14) solutions [3].

This could be due to a. different distribution of stresses inside the body in contact due to the difference in mechanical behavior (modulus of elasticity, super strength) and a difference in terms of physical- chemistry of the surface.
To check if this texture significantly influences the tribological behavior modeling aspects coupling fluid / structure can be considered.

When Fe3O4 and Na2B4O7 additives are added in the boronizing agent, the structure of diffusion layer will change from columnar to lath-shaped and the boride layer becomes thinner.
Additives can change the structure and thickness of diffusion layer and wear resistance property.

Optical properties of 5,5'-(9,9-dioctyl-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl)bis(thiophene-2-carbal dehyde): a novel organic light emitting material TANG Zebiao1,a, SUN Xiaoxia1,b*,YAN Hewei1,c, MIAO Leping1,d 1Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Organic Chemistry, Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, Nanchang 330013, People’s Republic of China atangzebiao88@163.com; bsunxiaoxia77@126.com; cyanhewei1990@163.com; dmiaoleping@163.com Keywords: donor-acceptor; organic molecule; light-emitting material Abstract: A novel D-A type molecule based on central fluorene unit and aldehyde group termini has been designed and constructed.
Introduction Conjugated organic polymers and molecules are of great interest during the past decade due to their potential optoelectronic applications in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic field effect transistors (OFETs), charge storage devices, sensors, organic photodiodes (OPVs) etc.1-3 Because of their great advantages on clear molecular structure, fixed molecular weight and higher purity, organic molecules receive a significant amount of interest by researchers currently.4-7 Especially those based on donor-acceptor (D-A) architectures, play an significant role in organic molecules which lead to desirable semiconductor properties for electrical and optical applications.
The fluorescence spectra of the compounds have well-resolved vibronic structures in dilute THF solutions, as shown in Fig. 1b.
