Introduction The mechanical properties (ex. high elastic modulus) of silicon carbide make this material an interesting candidate for resonating sensors and other Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS devices).
In other words, the growth rate and duration of CVD step are not the only parameters that affect the final 3C-SiC thickness.
Scaling factor.
In fact, the substrate doping variation between low and medium values does not affect the IR reflectivity spectra.
Same scaling factor was obtained for (100) and (111) oriented films.

Well underground coal gasification is a complex technological process with considerable environmental effect being stipulated by the abovementioned factors.
Thickness of a coal seam, its elementary and qualitative composition, physical and mechanical properties, depth of occurrence, texture, structure and elementary composition of the rocks enclosing the seam, water influx, disjunctive and plicative faults etc. are basic criteria while evaluating coal seam suitability for UCG.
Coal seam is gasified under natural conditions; thus, filtration properties of seams play a major role.
Those factors are taken into consideration along with the evaluation of general water influx from the coal seam and enclosing rock mass into a gas generator.
Deformation properties of sedimentary rocks in the process of underground coal gasification.

These two shortcomings have affected its actual application as tribological coatings in the above fields.
Moreover, the relationships between lubricating properties on the condition of ambient air and engine oil and the microstructure, the morphologies, as well as interface characteristics of the coatings were analyzed respectively. 2.
Based on the reasons discussed above, the microhardness of Ti-DLC coating depends mainly on two factors.
The interacting of the two factors lead to the variation tendency of the microhardness in the present study, that is when Ti concentration is lower than 3at.%, When Ti concentration is lower than 3at.%, the first factor plays a major role, the coating hardness decreases significantly。
In terms of the adhesion strength, the internal stress is a main influencing factor.

The p-value was used to determine the significance of the factors.
So, it was not possible to view the two and three-factor interaction.
The main results are summarized in table V for the pulsed mode and in table VI for the CW regime, in which the p-values, obtained in order to find the significant factors are reported.
Then the influence of the above mentioned factors is discussed hereinafter in the paper.

Graphene nanoplatelets have attractive features, including mechanical toughness, and for composite material applications.
The particle size of a material is one of the important factors that affect the level of effectiveness of the performance of the material, especially on particles that are less than 100 nm [1].
To obtain graphene nanoplatelets-TiO2 composites having photocatalytic properties, a calcination process was carried out which aims to obtain higher crystallinity.
This is in accordance with the research conducted by Zhang et al [12], where when calcined at a temperature of 500 oC for 3 hours showed maximum photocatalytic activity and the photocatalytic properties of the material activity increased initially with increasing calcination. time and then decreased with increasing calcination time.
Surface Area of Graphene Nanoplatelets-TiO2 Nanocomposites Calcination Temperature Surface Area [m2/g] 400oC 49, 80 500oC 57.68 600oC 44.82 One of the factors that can affect the photocatalytic reaction is the crystal structure of the photocatalyst [20].

I tis a conversion of kinetic energy or mechanical energy into pressure.
Gas composition is very important because of its physical and chemical properties depends on many parameters of compressor design [1].
However, increasing values of x result in expansion and compressibility effects that require the use of appropriate factors [7]
If the specific heat ratio for the flowing fluid is not 1.40, the factor is used to adjust .
Eq. 13 also says that further reduce the output pressure does not affect the mass flow rate, once the conditions for choking flow to achieve.

Such excellent properties rely on their high additions of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, copper and other alloying elements in austenite along with low carbon contents, which generally causes the balance amount of iron to be less than 50% of the total in the alloys [4].
There are many factors that affect the load values during the hot working process, such as the flow stress, the geometry of deformation and the friction at tool work-piece interface [7].
Among them, the flow stress of the material is the main factor.
Hot compression tests were conducted on a Gleeble1500D thermal–mechanical simulator with cylindrical specimens of 8 mm in diameter and 12 mm in length over the temperature range from 1000 to 1200°C, strain rate from 0.01 to 10s–1.

Noise, shock and vibration, etc. caused in the process greatly affect the ecological environment of the region.
The impact of tunnel construction on the atmospheric environment. Two factors are responsible for the impact.
It not only affects the workers' physical and mental health, but also interferes with the normal life of nearby workers.
Lithology, topography, vegetation and human activities directly affect the degree of soil erosion.
Waste water and slag, mud and engineering garbage should be discharged as is required; the vegetation should be recovered in time after the project is completed, so as to ensure that the environment and waters along the projects are not polluted. 2) .Reasonable measures should be taken to avoid pollution, noise caused by improper construction methods and damage or disturbance on public property and living environment . 3) .Note the normal operation and the maintenance of machinery; Control the mechanical noise and maintain the minimum sound level.
