The result show that at different brightness the retroreflective light present unlike spectrum distribution, and white, blue material with higher retroreflection value under mesopic vision, red material own lower value, this phenomenon is more apparent with the decrease of brightness.
Introduction With the increasing attention on safety and security, retroreflective materials are used more widely in traffic, vehicle and so on.
According to CIE 54.2-2001[1], JT/T 690-2007[2] and other national/foreign standards or technical reports, the coefficient of retroreflection of materials were recognized as the most important parameter.

Abstract.
So research on the economic development of Guanzhong region has great significance to improve the Weihe River’s water quality and play the purpose of the environmental protection. 1.The concept of environmental materials Environmental materials can be defined as follows: in the whole process of the materials’ life cycle, the material had a smaller impact on the environment load in the same functional and economic conditions.
Therefore, promoting environmental materials from the source is very important to solve the pollution problem.
Zero-waste and zero-emission are important researches in the field of environmental materials.
