Characterization of Fluoro-doped Tin Oxide Films Prepared by Newly Approached of Inkjet Printing Methods WAN ZURINA SAMAD1, a, MOHD AMBAR YARMO2, b and MUHAMAD MAT SALLEH3, c 1,2School of Chemistry Science & Food Technology, Faculty of Science & Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 UKM Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia. 3 Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronic (IMEN), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 UKM Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.
The deposited FTO films have the tetragonal rutile structure in polycrystalline configuration with the preferential orientation that’s fit very well with the important reflection orientation at [110], [101], [211], and [200] lattice which attributed to the tin oxide and fluorine doping framework.

Biodiesel is a clean fuel and its raw materials is abundant, the structure and properties is similar to diesel, and it can mix with diesel in a certain proportion without lamination phenomenon, it can be applied to the existing diesel engine directly with many advantages, such as, renewable, low sulfur content, higher octane etc, which have a great role on solving the problem of energy shortage, environment pollution etc.
