This research work aims to analyze the synthesis steps, properties and application methods of Nano-materials made from different chemical synthesis methods.
Copper nanoparticles are also used by encapsulating it in organic and inorganic compounds made of silica and carbon so as to prevent oxidation of copper nanoparticles.
Table 1 shows the coating property and transition metal oxide compounds that can be used for imparting functionality of different substrates.
Most of the metal matrix or matrix with alloys are classified as Inorganic nano-composite.
In the hard nano coating’s category (<100 nm particle size) the coating includes Nitrides, carbides, boards and other transition metal compounds.

Furthermore, the known causes of relevant alloys’ loss of ductility (i.e., hydrogen embrittlement) are discussed to cast light on different mechanisms responsible for hydrogen uptake in the metal lattice structures, such as Hydrogen-Enhanced Decohesion (HEDE) and Hydrogen-Enhanced Localized Plasticity (HELP).

DMLS is capable of processing various metals including Titanium, SS316L, SS304L, Inconel, Cr-Co alloy, and aluminum alloys [7].
A study has found that AM parts perform well in corrosion environments, compared to wrought alloys.
According to previous research, austenitic stainless steel's corrosion resistance is improved by its microstructure, whereas carbides, oxides, and other compounds are detrimental to its corrosion resistance.

Because 50Mn2V slab possesses high content of carbon and alloying elements, the slab is prone to crack during high casting speed thin slab casting and rolling process.
Aiming at high temperature mechanical properties of 50Mn2V slab, this research uses Gleeble-1500 testing machine to test, explores specimen fracture for machine rational and, this study is benefit for the development of rational 50Mn2V casting process to prevent the crack generation and improve casting billet quality.
Combine empirical revision based alloy liquidus temperature equation, it could gain 50Mn2V liquidus temperature equation: TL=1538-(90ω%C+6.2ω%si+1.7ω%Mn+28ω%P+40ω%S+17ω%Ti+2.6ω%Cu)-1 (1) By the solidification heat transfer principle, the cooling rate formula: C=(Tl-Tc)×Vc÷L÷60 (2) Where: Tl—Casting the liquidus temperature;Tc—The secondary cooling zone temperature;Vc—Tensile speed,m/min;L—Metallurgical liquid length, m.
The new generation of austenitic ferritic only a quarter of the strength of brittle intergranular fracture along the austenite grain boundaries ferrite commence; transgranular fracture because of the austenite grains precipitated ferrite or alloying elements within the grains containing S, N, O harmful elements to form a compound, carbonitrides precipitate at the grain boundaries a stress concentration source, the formation of cracks in the external force by a set of micro voids.

The main intention was an experimental study of copper dissolving in melts of various solder alloys and the related reactive diffusion.
We used Sn, Sn–Cu, Sn–Ag–Cu, Sn–Zn and Sn–In alloys as a solder material.
Analogous behaviour and formation of new phases can also be expected in more complicated binary systems, in which more intermetallic compounds exist (Fig. 1).
These were five types of lead-free alloys: pure Sn, Sn97Cu3, Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7, Sn95Sb5 and Sn91Zn9.
