Polyurethane foam belongs to the group of light, but quite strong materials, and has very low thermal conductivity, low vapour permeability and high adhesion to any materials.
Today, the study of the behavior of these materials is based mainly on experimental research.
The change in Young's modulus for the studied materials was 32%, 22%, and 29%, respectively, for materials with a weight ratio of 1:1, 1.2:1, and 1:1.2, respectively.

The effects of model parameters on modeling results is discussed, including constitutive relationship of materials, division of the fiber section, and the number of integration points.
The effects of model parameters on modeling results is discussed, including constitutive relationship of materials, division of the fiber section, and the number of integration points.
Fiber-section model is characterized by the numerical stableness and robustness, even when the moment capacity of structural member decreases, typically due to the softening of the constructional materials.

Table 1: Material alloys with their refractive indexes.
Materials used for mirror simulations are shown together with their refractives indexes in Table 1.
Same materials are used for all the VCSEL structures as only I-V characteristics (Power, Voltage and Current) are studied by only varying the number of QWs and reflectivity of the two bragg stacks.
