This will bring about a better understanding of the relationship between the sputtering process and the properties of the produced film for both N and P type materials.
The efficiency of such materials is determined by the figure of merit [4].

An enhancement in epoxy composites properties has been achieved by filler materials.
Base material used for making specimen was Bisphenol A (Epoxy rein 35%wt) + Silica (65%wt) and hardener material was Acid Anhydrite I (28%wt) + Silica (72%).

These factors include construction materials destruction due to the negative impact of freezing capillary moisture, acid rains, UV radiation, atmospheric ozone, fire etc.
However most industrially produced polymer materials are not resistant towards most of these factors.
Organosilicon hydrophobic materials, containing siloxane bonds in the main chain, are rather stable but possess extremely low physical mechanical properties.
Alongside their good physical mechanical properties these materials possess high resistance not only to higher temperatures and UV radiation but to atmospheric moisture as well.

The THF process depends on reasonable selection of material, right performing and reasonable loading paths, etc.
Then the tube is locked in the axial direction for reducing material flow over the corner.
Guo Cheng et al. [9] developed a device to evaluate the material formability in THF.

Critical raw materials (CRMs) are of primary importance for energy storage systems as needed for electromobility.
Securing access to a stable supply of raw materials for industrial use is a major challenge for Europe, the awareness of which has led to the third assessment of critical raw materials (CRMs) by the European Raw Materials Initiative in 2017.
Shortage in supply of CRMs would hinder economic growth in rapidly developing industrial areas such as energy storage systems (batteries), intelligent materials (e.g. shape memory and energy harvesting materials) or electromobility.
Europe possesses reasonable quantities of critical raw materials.
