Introduction During the thermoelastic vibration process two types of stresses appear in a plate: elastic, caused by bending, and thermal stresses, which causes the material to expand.
(4) The constants R1–R3 depend on elastic properties of material and are given in [6].

However, the difficulty of forming its industrial processing is increased by the high strength and high hardness of nitride ceramic materials, so the research of nitride ceramic materials in ultra-precision processing problem has prominent significance.
Laser-assisted machining technology [16] (LAM) use the strong laser to heat local of ceramic materials, making its surface materials brittle deformation by in high temperature into plastic deformation, at the same time take the principle of the traditional tool to remove that part of the material.

The stiffness of structure is related to many factors, the deformation of structure varies with its geometric shape, but also with the performance of materials used in the construction.
Through the material data inputting, meshing and the constraint definition, the computer program extracts the whole stiffness matrix of the structure, then the deformation and strain are deduced from the relation of loading and stiffness, the stress of unit is calculated according to the constitutive relation of materials[7].
