Strength Analysis and Construction Optimization of Cab of Smart Sprayer

Abstract:

Using SolidWorks software to build 3D model of the smart sprayer cab, based on ANSYS Workbench collaborative simulation platform, and referring to the regulation inspection items in the static testing method and accepting technical condition of the protective structures on agricultural and forestry tractors. The deformation map was obtained finite element analysis the cab. The cab was optimized using the optimal designing idea. The maximum stress and displacement of the optimized cab under the same loading are obviously decreased, providing the basis for construction optimization.
