This decrease in absorbance under light irradiation may be due to the cleavage of azo bond in the DR81 structure.

Aswe attempted to develop a stable low oxygen process, we pointed out the influence of some process parameters on oxygen concentration at the point of use, such as chemical flow rate, process time, process recipe structure and we investigated potential optimization thanks to inline oxygen concentration monitoring.
An additional degassing unit was installed on the chemistry line, before the point of use (membrane based oxygen separation unit).
We confirmed that before processing each wafer, the long pre-dispense is necessary to flush the remaining oxygen in the line before to send the chemistry on the wafer.
Comparison of real time oxygen monitoring and process recipe time sequence allowed us to identify that it was due to the additional pre-wetting step with water before chemistry dispense.

TuffTek company (Nano Mech Inc.) has copied the idea of a nodular structure like the one found at a lotus leave and transfered it to cutting tools, combining hard phases used for cutting with soft phases used for lubrication.
The problem was to find proper solutions for realising the copper`s surface nanostructuration at a nanometric scale through methods for creating nodular structures (hard composites being deposited around the created nanonodes).
These choices were made based on previous experiences the researchers from “Transilvania” University of Brașov – Chemistry Department have had in their past studies.

The storage moduli of composites with quasi constrained layer structures were higher than that with non quasi constrained layer structure.
Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that the composites with quasi constrained layer structure exhibited perfect damping properties, in which the quasi constrained layer structure worked like the active constrained layer damping structure in damping materials and structures.

Wet chemistry methods have attracted lots of attention from materials scientists and chemists.
Surfactant assisted wet chemistry methods have been recently applied to the synthesis of ZnO nanorods with good crystallinity, chemical stability and thermal stability.
The structures, morphology and the Raman spectra properties of ZnO microcrystals are investigated.
Results and discussion The structure of the final product.
However, no matter what change one may wish to make during synthesis, the crystal structure of final product does not change: we all get hexagonal wurtzite structured ZnO.

This doping will alter the electronic structure and properties of pure graphene.
Although size particles play a role in the oxygen reduction reaction, this study will simplify the Ag structure.
Figure 2 and 3 shows the band structure and partial density of state (PDOS) for G-Ag model, respectively.
Figure 5 shows the band structure for N3-Ag and P3-Ag.

Circular dichroism of polysaccharide relates to polysaccharide molecules’ glycosidic bond type and space structure (i.e., spiral, crimp and rod structure) [23].
And the key of it is the screening of polysaccharide of “activity structure” or the chemical modification of polysaccharide[19].In the study of polysaccharide structure, however, no single method can measure the polysaccharide structure effectively and comprehensively.
The analysis of the polysaccharide structure will also have a larger breakthrough, but further study to the relationship between its structure and activity is still needed.
