In the Gate-VDD technique, the data in the standby time will be lost.
The drowsy cache technique can hold storage data in the sleep mode, so we will use drowsy cache to reduce the energy dissipations of the storage cell in this paper.
MTCMOS Technique for The Improved CAL Circuits MTCMOS technology is a leakage reduction technology in a lot of leakage energy reduction technique.
The 32×32 register file based on improved CAL circuits is shown in Fig. 3, which consists of a storage-cell array, address decoders, read/write word-line drivers, sense amplifiers, write bit-line and read data-line drivers, and a auxiliary clock generator that supplies auxiliary clock CX and CXb of the whole circuits, and its detail structure is similar to [8].
The results show that the leakage loss with leakage reduction technique can be reduced more effectively with not applied leakage reduction technique.

To obtain good structure and economic crusher is an important direction of improving and upgrading traditional product through weight reduction optimization [11].

Based on the gas dynamic and geometrical parameters of a single flow jet engine one does a model of CFD data processing.
Finally one presents the contribution of chevrons in noise pollution reduction.
The variation of the immersing angle is the first parameter that contributes to the reduction of the noise pollution.
Causing a decrease of a few decibels, the chevrons can be a viable solution for the jet noise reduction in the vicinity of airports.

There are two classes of leakage-reduction techniques: standby leakage reduction technique and active leakage reduction technique.
The active leakage reduction techniques, such as stacking transistor techniques, dual threshold CMOS and P-type CMOS design technique, have also been proposed mainly to reduce the leakage of devices in active modes [8].
However, the previously proposed adiabatic register files focus mainly on dynamic energy reduction.

Among the major interests in powertrain development are the reduction of frictional losses and service life extension from improved wear resistance.
With this data the steady-state friction response was analyzed.
In both cases, a significant reduction of friction by the presence of spherical microstructures was achieved.
Whereas the highest aspect ratio of 0.200 yielded a friction reduction of 16 %, the sample with the lowest aspect ratio of 0.005 lead to the highest friction reduction of by 38 % at a sliding speed of 3.00 m/s.
The mean reduction of friction in the second load case was approximately 45 %.

Harris Feature Points Mosaic Algorithm Based On PCA Dimension Reduction In this paper, we combine with the method of principle component analysis (PCA)[6] and use PCA to realize the dimension reduction of the high dimensional feature vector.
For decreasing the complexity of the algorithm, PCA is a classical method of information compression and dimension reduction [15].
In the actual image mosaic, the image data sets are usually got in different conditions and time and there are no benchmark data sets.
Conclusion According to the bad real-timeperformance of Harris feature mosaicalgorithm, this paper presents a feature points mosaic algorithm based on PCA dimension reduction.
The algorithm reduces the calculation of the matching process by establishing characteristic descriptors and dimension reduction.
