The properties of sputtering target, such as pass-through-flux (PTF), and grain size which affect the sputtering performance were well controlled by proper fabrication technique.
The key factors that affect sputtering performance were also discussed.
Introduction High-purity ferromagnetic sputtering targets make a very important role in semiconductor manufacturing for their unique properties.
In this paper, high purity Co, Ni-Pt and Ni-Fe targets with high PTF were introduced, and the influence of factors on PTF was examined.
With the increase of Pt content, the magnetic properties decreased.

In this work the effects of autogenous weld parameters on microstructure and properties of the Inconel 617 alloy were studied.
Nickel alloys, due to their unique mechanical properties at high temperatures, creep strength and oxidation resistance are widely used in the production of elements in the petrochemical, aerospace and power generation industries [5].
Shape factor Ψ for weld penetration no. 4 was 1.05 (Fig. 4a).
Summary Technological autogeonus laser welding test, visual inspection, metallographic examinations and hardness tests allowed to determine the effects of laser welding parameters on microstructure and properties of Inconel 617 nickel alloy.

The mechanical properties of the developed interlock are investigated through tensile and hardness tests and microstructural observation.
The mechanical properties of the developed assembly were investigated through tensile and hardness tests and microstructural observation.
Tensile properties of SS400 structural steel.
Hardness measurements were carried out to evaluate the hardness properties of different parts of the developed interlock.
It was demonstrated in our previous study that one of the key factors for the FSF forming limit is the compression force inside the material and the softening of the material.

Recently, friction stir processing (FSP), as an effective method, has been employed to modify microstructures and mechanical properties of metal sheet.
Continuous efforts have been made to improve the mechanical properties of Al alloy in order to meet the sustainably increasing need for new applications in aerospace industry.
Many previous studies have reported that various FSPed Al alloys obtained a remarkable improvement in their mechanical properties and presented excellent superplasticity.
Effect of FSP on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of commercial pure Al was investigated by Yadav et al.[9].
Moreover, the formation of HAZ (heat affected zone) and TMAZ (thermal mechanical affected zone) after FSP caused deterioration in mechanical properties.

The paper deals with the change of the structure and mechanical properties of the austenitic steels after the exposure at the critical temperature.
The effects of the bend radius of tubes including effect of solution annealing on the mechanical properties and the structure were studied.
The mechanical properties were studied using small punch test (SPT) and miniaturized tensile tests.
The effect of the heat treatment and the bend radius on the mechanical properties and the structure was also evident.

The understanding to the mechanical properties of paper-pulp packaging is required for packaging engineers to provide adequate cushioning protection to the packed products.
Thus, mechanical properties of fibres depend on network to which they had dried into [3].
Inconsistent density spread of pulp along draft surface influences may be one of the factors [10].
Therefore, paper pulp packaging does exhibit variable mechanical properties at different surfaces (draft and base surface).

Sahin [5-7], the mechanical properties and friction welds structure from high-speed steels with medium-carbon steels and stainless steels with aluminum were investigated.
He showed that the main process parameters affecting the microstructure and tensile strength of welded joints are the friction time, friction pressure and forging pressure.
Table 2 shows the values of mechanical properties obtained after quenching and tempering.
Friction welding parameters chosen for experiment Welding Factors Range of Factors Friction Pressure (MPa) 27-61 Upset Pressure (MPa) 77-127 Burn off Length (mm) 6-10 Rotation Speed (rpm) 800 Results and Discussion Friction welding is a thermal deformation process that leads to a change in the metal structure of the near-contact zones.
The obtained mechanical properties are not inferior to the values of the base metal properties.
