The mechanical properties were then investigated by Brinell hardness and Vickers microhardness measurements.
This phenomenon led, in turn, to a worsening of the mechanical properties of the alloy.
The mechanical properties were then determined by hardness measurements.

Rheological and mechanical properties of rubber compounds and vulcanisates were investigated.
As for vulcanisate properties, the systems with increased PSi fraction exhibit enhancement in mechanical strength and elastic contribution, which are in good agreement with rubber compound properties.
Table 3 Mechanical properties and resilience of the rubber vulcanisates filled with various CB/PSi hybrid ratios.
Rheological and mechanical properties were investigated.
These lead to the enhancement in mechanical properties (abrasion resistance and tensile strength) and elasticity (rebound-resilence and heat build-up) of vulcanisates.

The effect of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanofillers on the mechanical and thermal properties of commercially available silicone-based sealants was investigated.
Despite the excellent properties inherent to silicones sealants, it was found that plasticizers migrate out of the material that can cause staining in the adjacent surfaces and negatively affecting the aesthetics of the building.
Conclusion The TiO2 nanofiller enhanced the mechanical properties of the commercial silicone sealants only at around 1% to 2% wt.

Nano B4Cp dispersion in Al matrix, microstructure and mechanical properties are investigated.
The magnesium metal matrix nanocomposite has better mechanical properties than the monolithic alloy.
The mechanical properties like ultimate strength and yield strength were considerably better.
Thus the composites have better mechanical properties than AZ91 alloy.
Conclusion This paper reviews the factors affecting the fabrication of aluminum and magnesium based nanocomposites by ultrasonic cavitation assisted casting process.

Due to long test cycle, high cost and the complex factors, the long-term deformation properties (such as creep and shrinkage) of recycled aggregate concrete (short for RAC) are rarely reported so far.
Visibly, the long-term deformation properties of RAC can not be generalized, and the replacement ratio of RA is not the only influence factors.
Quan Hongzhu[6] carried out a study on the mechanical properties, creep and shrinkage properties of RAC made from high-quality C-RA (ClassⅠ) and low quality C-RA(Class III).
However, researchers mostly focus on short term mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete, such as 28d strength, elastic modulus.

The properties of sputtering target, such as pass-through-flux (PTF), and grain size which affect the sputtering performance were well controlled by proper fabrication technique.
The key factors that affect sputtering performance were also discussed.
Introduction High-purity ferromagnetic sputtering targets make a very important role in semiconductor manufacturing for their unique properties.
In this paper, high purity Co, Ni-Pt and Ni-Fe targets with high PTF were introduced, and the influence of factors on PTF was examined.
With the increase of Pt content, the magnetic properties decreased.

Mechanical strength and anti-corrosion of materials will affect pressure vessel application.
Composite material pressure vessels failure factors are affected not only by subjective factors but also objective factors. 4.1 Subjective Factors Composite pressure vessels are generally made of glass fiber, carbon fiber, Kevlar fiber or Aramid fiber.
According to different fibers, strength properties are obviously different.
Stress break is one of materials properties.
Carbon fiber has a good bearing load property under long-term loads, therefore it is used widely. 4.2 Objective Factors Besides the subjective factors, there are also some objective factors as followed: (1) Load cycle: as mentioned above, material properties loaded have a certain cycle.

The understanding to the mechanical properties of paper-pulp packaging is required for packaging engineers to provide adequate cushioning protection to the packed products.
Thus, mechanical properties of fibres depend on network to which they had dried into [3].
Inconsistent density spread of pulp along draft surface influences may be one of the factors [10].
Therefore, paper pulp packaging does exhibit variable mechanical properties at different surfaces (draft and base surface).

These three factors had a great relationship with the contents of SB powder, Nitric acid and water.
Nitric acid is chosen as the peptizing agent, the content of which is one of the most important factors of forming condition.
Fig. 6 shows how the content of nitrate affects the mechanical strength.
The first one is the growth of surface properties, such as the pore volume and the number of acid centers.
Ryan, Properties of Ceramic Raw Materials, 2nd ed., Pergamon.1978.
