Effects of compositions on the chloride ion permeability of geopolymer concrete Qing Wang1,2 a, Jing Da2,b , Cunbao Zhang2,c, Zhaoyang Ding2,d, Zhitong Sui1,e 1 School of Materials & Metallurgy, Northeastern University , Shenyang, 110004, China 2 School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shenyang Jianzhu University, Shenyang, 110168,China.
Slag and metakaolin were chosen as raw materials and sodium silicate of low module as alkali activator to prepare geopolymer concrete.
Experiment Raw materials.
This can be explained by that the main materials of geopolymer are slag and metakaolin which consist with SiO2 and Al2O3.

Introduction During the thermoelastic vibration process two types of stresses appear in a plate: elastic, caused by bending, and thermal stresses, which causes the material to expand.
(4) The constants R1–R3 depend on elastic properties of material and are given in [6].

Experiment procedure Experiment materials.
The experiment materials included of 8 samples which was a ferrite nodular iron, and a pearlitic ductile iron, an alloyed ferrite ductile iron, alloyed pearlitic ductile iron, and a pearlitic ductile iron which was the pearlitic SG iron normalized, and a ferrite nodular iron which was annealed the ferrite nodular iron, or lower bainitic and upper bainitic SG iron.
Results and analysis Thermal fatigue tests, where the specimen is heated to 750±5℃ and cooled to 25±5℃ by water, could be used to evaluate a materials capacity to resist surface cracks [2, 3].

Results and discussion Keeping other parameters of the device unchanged, the different materials of the bonding layer are selected and its thickness of the bonding layer is changed from 0.1mm to 0.5mm.
The device is optimized by selecting the appropriate thickness and materials of the bonding layer.
Finite element method is used to calculating with high precision, short development cycle, which having guiding significance for optimizing the design and improving the reliability of the devices The three typical bonding layer materials of conductive adhesive, 63Sn37Pb and Au80Sn20 change the thickness from 0.1mm to 0.5mm, studying the effects of material, thickness of the bonding layer and stress.

However, the difficulty of forming its industrial processing is increased by the high strength and high hardness of nitride ceramic materials, so the research of nitride ceramic materials in ultra-precision processing problem has prominent significance.
Laser-assisted machining technology [16] (LAM) use the strong laser to heat local of ceramic materials, making its surface materials brittle deformation by in high temperature into plastic deformation, at the same time take the principle of the traditional tool to remove that part of the material.
