The connection process of dissimilar materials such as aluminum and copper uses the brazing method to form a permanent joint [3].
Using the above- equation relationships, the lap length (X) was estimated for different tensile strength of the base materials.Table 1 showed the mechanical properties of materials.
At the same time, the filler materials can not quickly fill the pre-welding gap, leading to the filler materials lack of penetration, appearing large area of the bonding interface.
(3) The shear strength of the joints was influenced both by the lab length and the interactions between the filler material and base materials at the bonded interfaces

From this
result, it can be understood that the materials removal in comparatively large volume was happened
by the increase in the activation energy with heating.
From these results, it can be also understood that the materials removal and deformation will be activate by heating.
Conclusion In order to clarify the influence of the grinding heat on the materials removal process, nano-scratching experiments in vacuum by an atomic force microscope (AFM) and molecular dynamics simulations under room and high temperature, respectively.

Spark Plasma Sintering and related techniques are popular thanks to its fast, energy-efficient and highly effective sintering capability for producing fine-grained, fully dense materials.
Moreover the combination of these properties combined with high pressure and controlled atmosphere, gives an ability to develop new materials with optimized microstructures [ 4].

These hybrid polymer materials can be applied to the textile in two principal ways.
The first method is coating on textile surfaces by using hybrid polymer materials formulation.
Hybrid polymer materials can be applied to fabric surface by spraying, transfer printing and padding.
