Preparation of Pd/Ag Film on Porous Ceramic Tube by Osmosis Pressure–Assisted Electroless Plating

Abstract: The osmosis pressure was introduced to improve the conventional electroless plating process for preparing porous ceramic supported Pd/Ag inorganic composite membrane.
However, the simultaneous deposition of Pd-Ag on porous ceramic support by osmosis pressure-assisted electroless plating is less reported.
This paper focus on preparation of Pd-Ag thin alloy film on porous ceramic tube using electroless plating with the help of osmotic action.
The ceramic tube was taken out from the solution to be washed and dried to constant weight in a oven after plating with certain time.
