Pedestal is one of the main equipments for pre-tensioned hollow beam to be pre-stressed; it will bear great tensioning force during operation, so the pedestal's stability, reliability, security and economy directly affect the normal use of pre-tensioned precast factory and quality of prefabricated components, as well as safety of the life and the property.
Optimization is done through the mechanical analysis, finite element method is used to analyze the stress distribution of the bearing bracket, the reinforcement is designed, and reliability is verified through the practical application of the new pedestal.
Empirical formula is shown in Eq. 1 (1) Where q is the quantity of the beams that a pedestal can be produced, K is the factor of the working time, take 0.9, t take 5 days.
Balance moment: Mr=W1L1+ W2L2+ W3L3=4453.586kN•m Overturning moment: Mdv=Nj•e=1538.96kN•m So, the factor of the anti-overturning is shown in Eq. 2
In addition, its modularization property allows assembling freely to satisfy different work quantities and project duration.

Introduction Microstructure greatly affects the low temperature mechanical properties of weldments, at any given strength level.
Fine-grained metals and alloys generally possess significantly higher notched-bar impact properties than coarse-grained metals.
For example, Nickel is known to reduce the DBTT and to improve low-temperature mechanical properties of steel [2].
This work characterized the evolution of fractographs of charpy tested specimens with added Ni and analyzed the key factors influencing toughness.
Conclusions The experiment results from spectroscopy, toughness and SEM, we revealed the relationship among chemical, metallurgical and mechanical properties through multipass SMAW by adding nickel into flux of consumable electrodes.

Molten phase negatively affects refractoriness of the materials.
Decomposition depends on many factors such as grain size, temperature, dwelling time, situations of kiln atmosphere, type, and modification of SiC, and additive materials [1, 4].
Demands on kiln brick properties are gradually increasing.
As seen in Table 2 and Fig. 1-2, physical and mechanical properties of the samples which were sintered at 1500 oC have better quality than that heated at 1000 oC.

Introduction Due to its dielectric constant value and ferroelectric properties, barium titanate is one of the most important materials in the electronics industry and is mainly used in the production of multilayer capacitors and electronic devices [1].
A major difficulty in processing electroceramic materials with required properties is the lack of reproducibility.
In order to achieve reproducible properties of these materials control of processing conditions and development of specified microstructures is essential.
According to Su and Johnson [6], since "different powder and green-body processes result in differences in particle size, particle size distribution, initial pore size distribution, packing properties", thus affecting densification behavior, the MSC can be applied only to powder compacts made from the same powder and the same green-body processing.
This research was performed under the Project No. 1832 entitled "Synthesis of functional materials from the 'synthesis-structure-properties-application' relationship", financed by the Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

However the properties of Mo2FeB2/TiB2 multiphase ceramic coatings by RTS and APS technology are still unknown.
Because of short spraying time, the low flow rate and flame temperature, these factors show an important effect on the quality of thermal spray coating [9].
The properties of coatings can significantly affect by these defects such as higher porosity and crack etc.
These microcracks and pores can affect the corrosion properties of coatings in such a way that the corrosive media can reach the substrate and degrades [12].

According to massive mechanical property tests of materials, Hao et al. made an intensive study of the homogenized model for masonry structure and proposed safe scaled distances for masonry infilled walls subjected to air blast loads.
The first one is the refined model where blocks and mortar can be modeled separately to consider the different material properties, and the interface between them is simulated as common nodes or the contact, as shown in Fig. 1(a).
Fig.3 Uniaxial compression experiment Fig.4 Stress-strain curve From the material properties test results shown in figure 4, we can see that for the obvious brittle property of the autoclaved aerated concrete block, the NO.96 material model(MAT_BRITTLE_DAMAGE) [5] can be used to describe its mechanical behavior better.

The impact of highly cationic density polymers such as modified poly-ethyleneimine(PEI), as anionic trash catcher(ATC) on the drainage and retention properties of aspen alkaline hydrogen peroxide mechanical pulp(APMP) in different CPAM(/bentonite) systems was studied.
Due to these differences in physical and chemical properties between HYP and chemical pulp, the drainage and retention effectiveness of CPAM would be reduced in HYP [5-7].
So it is important to investigate the effect of CPAM on the drainage and retention properties of APMP.
The first hand sheet and beating degree were made without chemical additions to evaluate the properties of furnish which only included fibers and filler.
Results and discussion Effect of CPAM (/bentonite) system on the retention and drainage properties of APMP Firstly, the impact of two kinds of CPAM on the retention and drainage properties of APMP was studied respectively in the following experiments.
