Viscostiy and curing time Fig. 1 Results of orthogonal experiment 3.2.1 Viscostiy The viscosity change of bonding system with plasticizer and hardener changing was shown in Fig. 2.With the increase of plasticizer the viscosity of bonding system had a linear reduction because HTPB,plasticizer and hardener were physical blended and curing reaction nearly did not proceed.At this moment,the determinant to viscosity was the content of plasticizer and hardener.By the analysis of linear slope in Fig. 2,plasticizer 3# had the best effect to reduce viscosity and plasticizer 2# took the second place and plasticizer 3# was worst.
After the kind of plasticizer was selected and general properties of bonding system were determined,the bonding system could be designed and optimized better according to the data and formulas shown as table 3.

The experimental data indicate that the micro-pool drill has certain influence on the power size, that is, influence on the friction and wearing-out during working.

The accuracy of the collected data is the basis on which Earned Value is applied.
Obviously the application of earned value requires some degree of data collection, done generally when more than 20% of overall project completion is achieved.[4] In such circumstances, analysis can be conducted, and prediction on budget the cost, schedule, future tendency, etc, can be made, according to the actual data collected with project in completion.
Earned Value enables the managers to have a clearer knowledge about the process of cost and schedule in completion, and to make a considered judgment on actual project implementation, according to the data collected.
