Now, magnesium and magnesium alloys have been extensively applied to the fields, such as, navigation, astronavigation, "3C" products in automobile industry and military industry, and climbed up to the top materials to decrease energy exhausted and protect environment.
Currently, countries enjoying developed industries have already engaged in the study and exploration of processing materials of magnesium alloys with high capability in deformation [3].
Materials and Methods for Experiment The chemical constitution of the AZ80 magnesium alloy, provided by the Key Lab of Electromagnetic Processing of Materials of the Ministry of Education at Northeast University, in the experiment was displayed in Table 1.

Analysis of the AFP Process AFP is a process that combines chemical erosion and mechanical abrasion thus is suitable for machining various materials.
Material removal, based on the above analysis, is mainly from the chemical erosion and mechanical abrasion while the deposition rate of passive film protects against the material removed from the wafer.

ELID technique is commonly used for mirror surface grinding condition of hard-to-cut or brittle materials to promote efficiency of production.
However, these techniques cannot serve non-metal bonding materials grinding wheels due to the electricity demand during wheel preparation process.

Materials and Method Synthesis of nitrogen coated on carbon 2g of urea and 1g of PVP were dissolved in 50 mL of ultra-pure water.
For nitrogen-doped carbon, Fe-N/Gt catalyst has the smallest particle size thus increase the electrocatalytic activity of materials.
