The exact solution of complex function of the matrix and the renforcement layer are obtain in series form; then, the expressions of stress field, image force and stress intensity factor of crack tip can be derived; finally, numerical disccusions are pesented and the results shows that the lip-shaped crack in reinforcement layer has interference effect on the interaction of dislocation and reinforcement layer, and the eigenstrain in x-direction has little effect on image force; however, the eigenstrain in y-direction has great influence on image force.
Because of its importance on researching the strength and ductile of materials, it arouses much attention of many material and mechanical researchers.
The explicitly solutions of complex function are obtained in series for a screw dislocation located in reinforcement layer, and the expressions of image force and stress intensity factor are also deduced.
Finally, the numerical analysis is performed to discuss the influence of dislocation position, material parameters, the properties of reinforcement layer, etc. on image force.
(2) The eigenstrain in x-direction hardly affects the image force; however, the eigenstrain in y-direction can enhance the magnitude of image force in a great degree and can also change the sign of image force.

A successful model can predict the performance of a fuel cell at the given physical and operating parameters, loading of platinum catalyst on the membrane, GDL and material properties.
Hydration of membrane in the PEM fuel cell is to maintain the performance, if it is not maintained properly, flooding would occur which will affect the fuel cell performance [3, 4].
So identifying the proper channel and flow field design is a very important task while designing the fuel cell which also affects the performance of fuel cell significantly [5].
The model used to consider the system as three-dimensional and steady, the inlet gases as ideal gases, the system as an isothermal, the flow as laminar, the fluid as incompressible, the thermo physical properties as constant and the porous GDL, the two catalyst layers and the membrane as an isotropic.
Many other factors must also be considered into account in order to generate a computational mesh which provides representative results when simulated [7].

Thus, this paper summarizes an evaluation method of electronic process materials compatibility, which provides a reference for ensuring the quality of electronic process materials and improving the reliability of SMT products. 1 Typical Failure Modes of Electronic Components Caused by Solder Paste In the process of SMT reflow welding, there are many factors that affect the welding quality, including the design of solder pad, welding temperature curve, the quality of components and pins, quality and rationality of use of solder paste, printing quality of solder paste, etc.
The improper alloy composition will affect the surface tension and melting point of solder.
Corrosion failure of solder paste residue after welding is caused by many factors, mainly including alloy composition, flux composition and external environment [8].
The FT-IR spectra of the typical area of the failed product 2.2 Failure analysis of improper composition of trace elements Lead free solder is widely used because of its excellent wettability, mechanical properties and lower melting point.
Moreover, high mass fraction of phosphorus may also result in the segregation of Phosphorus at the surface, thus affecting the compactness of solder alloy surface film [12].

Nano-fillers have shown outstanding mechanical properties and they are widely used as reinforcing materials associated with polymeric matrices for high performance applications.
The interpretations of SEM analysis images could be done depending on the factors which influenced the infiltration of resin in the etching dentine.
This layer is an interface between dentin and adhesive and the quality of the dental restoration depends greatly on its properties.
The quality and structure of the hybrid layer depends of a few factors.
The hybrid layer thickness was apparently not affected by the smear layer thickness.

Introduction Today, in addition to yield, boundary and field attribute maps, a wide array of new electronic, mechanical and chemical sensors is being developed to measure and map many soil and plant properties on field-scale basis.
Soil Electrical Conductivity (EC), a measurement of how much electrical current soil can conduct, integrates many soil properties affecting crop productivity [1].
The digital code has been written based upon the desired frequency (frequency can be changed using multiplication or division factors if required in conjunction with the basic inbuilt frequency) [4-5] which further governs the ac voltage, then through the DAC port of the MCU which converts this digital code into analog wave form i.e. ac sine wave, final desired output sine wave signal has been generated.
After having successfully tested the source and having known the range of resistance values over which it works well, the source can now be used to measure the resistance of soil having some background knowledge of the kind of soil and expected properties.
The data obtained can be geo-referenced by interfacing compact GPS module to MCU unit whose work in the ongoing project on sensors and instrumentation for soil properties is under progress.

Introduction Recently, polymer-based organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells began receiving increasing considerable attention because of their favorable properties, such as low cost, easy to manufacture, low specific weight and mechanical flexibility [1,2,3].
The solar cell performance depends critically on the material properties, processing conditions, morphological issues and device structure.
In this work, the structural properties of thin MEH-PPV: P3OT: graphene films were studied by XRD, the optical properties of these films were investigated by measuring the optical absorption spectrum and the photoluminescence spectrum.
It has been reported that the energy conversion efficiency of organic photovoltaic devices based on a conjugated polymer/methanofullerene blend is dramatically affected by donor and acceptor material and other manufacturing details, and molecular morphology also played a great role in fabricating the OPVs devices.
Above the 1 mg of MEH-PPV incorporating into P3OT: SPFGraphene BHJ film, there is a significant increase in the surface roughness, which will result in a lower photo generation rate, increased recombination rate, and reduced effective mobility, and these factors could have a deleterious effect on exciton generation and charge separation/transport in the active layer.

Introduction The determination of mechanical properties of materials is important, both for the knowledge of their behavior and also for their sizing and using at maximum capacity.
The elastic properties of materials are characterized by three constants, namely: Young’s Modulus (E), shear modulus (G) and Poisson's ratio (n).
The developed techniques for determining these material properties are mainly classified into two types of methods: static and dynamic.
Resonance frequencies depend unique on the material properties of the object's, his geometry and boundary conditions.
Material properties of specimen are: Young’s modulus E = 210.000 MPa, Poisson’s ratio of 0.3 and a material density of 7850 kg/m3.

They are dependent on many production conditions as part and moulding tool design, material structure properties and injection parameters.
Factors affecting plastic part warpage are many, such as material selection, part and mould design, processing parameters and others [1, 2, 3].
In order to achieve the required operational properties of the mirror, the determined friction must be created in the interface between sphere joint and the toggle.
The creation of the gas channel in these thin-walled areas can compromise the toggle mechanical properties and is adverse.
