(b) and (d) are structures of the interface model B without and with relaxation, respectively.
In our calculations, 7 layers of TiAl and 5 layers of TiO2 were employed to build the interfacial structure.
Thus, we obtain the most stable structure with the Nb doped interface model.
It indicates that the doped Nb has little effect on the structure at interface, and it lead to a little effect on the adhesion of the interface. 3.3 The electronic structure In this section, we characterized the nature of the interfacial electronic structure and bonding by density of states (DOS).

Introduction
As is known, wood is a natural anisotropic material that has a fibrous structure and is widely used in construction, including for the manufacture of span load-bearing structures of various configurations and complexity [1].
The aim of the research is to identify the effect of nitrates ANO3 and ANO3×nH2O on the deformation properties of aluminosilicate adhesives for wooden products and structures.

Abstract
The present investigation is on synthesis of in situ Al-alumina composite and to evaluate the effect of equal channel angular pressing on the refinement of the grain structure and enhancement in the hardness and the strength.
In this present work in situ alumina particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite is produced through stir casting technique and the influence of ECAP on the structure and properties of these composites are evaluated.

This suggested that the crystal structure of composite materials have changed with La3+ loading.
Fluorite-structure was a cubic structure in which the cations were placed in the corners and in the centers of faces and oxygen atoms were located at the tetrahedral sites [13].
