Biosynthesis Silver Nanoparticles using Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens Zxw01 and Research on Synthesis Mechanism

Our results indicated that silver nanoparticles biosynthesized by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens zxw01 were equally distributed with size between 5 nm to 30 nm and face-centred cubic structure; results of SDS-PAGE suggested that after mixed with silver nitrate, the bacteria differentially expressed and produced a new protein with weight of 33 kDa.
HRTEM image Fig. 4(d) suggested that lattice fringe was corresponded to (111) crystal plane of face-centered cubic structure of silver nanoparticles.

Among these methods, the “soft chemistry” method is a very potential route in the preparation of nanocrystals for its low-cost, simple equipment and mild reaction conditions.
To maintain a stable structure, the polar surfaces generally have facets or exhibit massive surface reconstructions, but ZnO±(0001) is exception, which is atomically flat, stable and without reconstruction.

Powder X-ray diffraction study reveals the orthorhombic structure of the grown pure and doped KHP crystals.

This higher portion of trimethylsilyl group causes a more porous structure, which can explain the lower hardness in 3MS-based low-k films.
Therefore, the low-k films deposited using 3MS or DEMS as precursor have different structures, although they display similar compositions.
These superior electrical properties of DEMS-based low-k films might be due to its higher film density and oxygen-rich structure.

X-ray diffraction (XRD) study was performed to examine the structure of the samples using monocromatic Cu Kα radiation (λ = 0.15406 nm) using a Philips XPert diffractometer.
The mean crystallites size has increased from 9 Å for as cast structure to 16 Å with increasing annealing time to 360 min.
As most of the reports in the literature have considered critical size of 1 nm as nano-crystalline structure [13], it can be concluded that the cast sample has completely amorphous structure and with annealing temperature, volume and size of nano-crystalline phases have increased.
The formation of intermetallic phases even in nono size structure can increase microhardness sharply and reduces ductility.
