Methods Modeling of the Complex Structure.
The indicated 9-residue peptide (corresponding to the P5-P4’ sites of the recognition peptide of ADAM17) was docked to the crystal structure of TACEcat (PDB ID: 1BKC) using the FlexPepDocking-AbInitio protocol in Rosetta [13].
So we firstly tried to find if there exist any homologous protein-peptide complex structures by searching in NCBI and PDB databases, but didn’t get any nice homologous complex structures.

Cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin are the main part that form the plant structure.
Morphology structures of organic nanocellulose obtained were carried out using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FEI QuantaTM 450FEG) at SEM Laboratory, School of Health Science, USM.
More than 80% of the fibers is nanocellulose structure.

The composition and structure of Sn–Fe alloy film, whose essential component is intermetallic compound of FeSn2, is closely related to corrosion resistance of tinplate sheet, whenever it is lacquered or unlacquered.
Metallographic structure of black plate for tinplate was investigated by means of metallographic microscope of OLYMPUS GX71.
