In the previous research, the recycled materials exhibited excellent mechanical properties.
To improve the mechanical properties of recycled materials fabricated by solid-state process, recycled materials were extruded repeately in this work, and the effect of extruding times on distribution of oxides and mechanical properties of recycled material was investigated.

Introduction
Owing to their versatility and ready availability, porous carbon materials are widely used as adsorbents in wastewater treatment processes and for environmental control .
The adsorption behaviour of porous carbon materials is of great interest [1].
Materials and methods Phenol (Shanghai activated carbon Co.Lul., China) was used as an adsorbate.

The test method considered that during the mechanical loading process followed by plastic deformation, the majority of the materials heat up.
The method may be also applied to other thermoplastics and/or advanced materials for stress raiser sensibility evaluation of materials/products in the elaboration/fabrication phase and after an exploitation stage.
