It is shown that the DC characteristics are different with impact velocities, t/d and bumper materials[10,11].
The bumper materials are Kevlar, magnesium, aluminum 2024, titanium, molybdenum, lead and tungsten.
The projectile and bumper materials were modeled with the SPH technique.
The projectile and bumper materials are discretized as a set of particles with size of 0.05mm.
The DC characteristics vary with impact velocities, t/d and bumper materials.
