Before the inclusion of any impurities, we optimised 4HSiC's
structure inside of the 7x4x1 orthorhombic supercell.
In a defect free structure, both spin state KS levels will be equal to the predicted band gap of the material.
The electronic structures of each substitutional defect-related HOMO and LUMO KS molecular orbitals have also been examined.
Via our membership of the UK's HEC Materials Chemistry Consortium, which is funded by EPSRC (EP/R029431), this work has been completed using the ARCHER2 UK National Supercomputing Service (http://www.archer2.ac.uk).

Introduction: Crystallographic structure
The 4c pyrrhotite (formula Fe7S8) crystallographic structure [1,5,6] close to NiAs type can be described as a stacking of successive iron and sulfide atom shells.
A-Disk sample study results The 50K refinement is in good agreement with the known structure [1,5,6].
Unfortunately the fit accuracy does not allow to get a fine description of the crystallographic structure below 32K.
In spite of this low accuracy, it is evidenced that the crystallographic structure is significantly modified.

Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Cyclohexane over Mg-V-O Catalysts Prepared via Citriate Complexation

N2-adsorption, XRD, FT-IR, NH3-TPD and H2-TPR techniques were applied to characterize the structures and the properties of the catalysts.
Due to the existence of the “cavity phenomena” in the structure, V2O5 is active for the total oxidation, wich results in a high cyclohexane conversion of 17.6% and a high COx selectivity of 45.8%.
According to the previous research on the crystalline structures of Mg-V-O catalysts and the local environments of vanadium [18,19], Mg3(VO4)2 features in highly dispersed isolated VO4 with a tetrahedral coordination structure on the surface, only providing limited lattice oxygen.
Regarding MgV2O6, vanadium ions are in highly distorted octahedral coordination structure; accordingly, a maximum amount of lattice oxygen can be obtained.

Due to the nature of conversion process, commercial coralline HAp has retained coral or CaCO3 and
the structure possesses nanopores within the inter pore trabeculae resulting in high dissolution rates.
This application is expected to result in enhanced durability and longevity due to monophasic hydroxyapatite structure and strength in the physiological environment.
The pore size and distribution -specifically their interpore micro and nanopores- and 3-D structure is an important parameter that influences the strength and the rate of new bone growth [2,7].
In detailed analysis of the interpore structure shows very porous (nano and micro) interconected structure (Fig.1).

By analyzing five curves in Fig.1 with different anti-cracking agent, it can be found that crystal structure of SiO2 dry gel is always non-crystalline, and there is no transformation.
PEG in solution exists in chain structure, SiO2 colloidal particles which got by TEOS hydrolysis and condensation locates on the chain structure of the PEG, gradually form an orderly ring structure, eventually prevent the cracking of the gel.
